This season, the rock area is so dirty, with areas that show mostly dirt , that more rock is needed, yet the dirt will remain. I take part of the blame for not refusing to accept the dirty rock, although I was told that the dirt would disappear, which it did not. We spent about $20k on this landscaping and unfortunately will be spending more to complete it this summer. Be diligent in inspecting your project before accepting the results.

Water spouts were to be installed, one was not and the other two are sticking up at an angle which keeps water in them. One in front caused backup and overflow which is leading to erosion at base of house. Sent photos to Matt and he wouldn't answer. I had to call another sprinkler company and the metro district to come out and turn on main water to home because his crew turned it off and I could not get him to return a call or text about it. I have only 6 sprinklers working in my backyard. I found two others that aren't coming up and I have an entire side of my yard where I can't find any at all. So basically only about 1/3 of my backyard is getting water. I've texted and called Matt several times to come take a look at these issues and he refuses to respond via text or call. I called him again today and informed him if he couldn't take care of this that I would get my attorney involved. This is the worst customer service ever. This is a huge expense for anyone and to have a company that refuses to stand behind their work is just poor work ethic. This landscaping was installed at the end of last season, so small and minor issues should be expected by him and you'd think he would at least swing by after one call to make sure everything started right in the spring. ....nope.

They had the job completed in less than four hours, including clean up. It was impressive to watch how organized and efficient they were. We particularly appreciated that any time there was the slightest question about what we needed done, they made sure to ask before proceeding another step. Many of the trees were located at the periphery of our inner yard area which is surrounded by wooden rail fencing and they took particular care to ensure no damage was done to the wooden rail, the flower beds or grass. After agreeing on the original estimate and start date, I contacted Kevin later to add a couple of trees which he did without hesitation for a bargain price. I don't know most of their names as there were probably ten or more working under Kevin's direction and all, to the man or woman, friendly, especially Daniel, who loves animals and even "hugged" our 2,000 lb pet Angus steer, Bosco.
