Got my windshield and 2 front windows tinted at this place about 2 months ago. After the bubbles…read moresettled I notice a bunch of little dots in the tint of the 2 front windows. Also the outside borders of my front windshield that they tinted was spotty. You can see several spots where they cut it to short below the defroster bubbles. They said sometimes they go away and sometimes they don't, it's been 2 months and they are still there, I brought my car back to at least get the 2 front windows re-done about 2 weeks after. They took 2 1/2 hours just to redo 1 window, the asked me if I wanted the other one done? As if they took long on purpose because they didn't want to redo it. Especially when the advertise lifetime warranty on thier tints. I said don't bother and left. Not to mention after leaving there each time i noticed a small dink/dent on the passenger side of my vehicle door when i got home. Bottom line is i paid $250 for tints that im not happy with , the outside borders of my front windshield look awful.​

Looked at my car camera they clearly rush through even though they keep. Your car hours. Got home and noticed my car mats are missing. The girl who answered the phone said yes, come get them. I then started telling her I was going to complain but since I'm on the phone I'm going to let you know I'm not really satisfied with the cleaning. She tells me they are busy someome needs to call me back. I get a call back, and suddenly, my mats are not there. No resolution is offered at all. I will never return and never recommend.

I didn't have a great experience here unfortunately. I just needed to give my truck a thorough…read morevacuuming before picking up some people at the train station. This facility doesn't have the option to just pay for a vac by the minute. Instead, you get use of the vacs for free when you buy a car wash. I suppose you could just drive up and use the free vac but I think that would be dishonest. Instead, I paid $15 for a spotty car wash. When I pulled into the vac area, none of them were on. Someone went in and asked about them and the vacs finally turned on. They had terrible suction though. The sand and dog hair weren't coming out at all. I saw one of the employees checking out a vac so maybe they were having problems that day. It took me almost an hour to get my truck interior somewhat clean. I left there pretty frustrated.
