I'm so happy the west side finally got a Lush. Way better than driving out to Beachwood Mall. The staff rules and the products are even better. The staff I have encountered all know the products and use them. Very informative. They give you samples if you wanna try things before you buy it. The smell of the store is a bonus, you can smell it around the corner. Love that they are against animal testing! That's a big thing for me. If you have sensitive skin, normal skin, oily skin then Lush is for you. All natural and handmade products. My favorites right now are Herbalism (face and body wash) and the bath melts. This was my second time coming to lush when I went this past weekend. Definitely a trendy place for the younger teens. I took my niece to grab some bath bombs for her birthday and she loved this place! When I went the first time I purchased a facial mask which I used and loved and it only set me back 9 bucks and all the ingredients were natural and never tested on animals. I love that the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their products, your greeted as soon as you walk in to these wonderful fragrant smells and to someone who knows what they're doing. I love Lush so much. They're mostly known for popularizing the bath bomb, but their skincare is my favorite part of Lush! Lush products are always great for me, that's almost a given at this point. I use their face masks (BB seaweed gives my skin life) and their shampoo bars (the honey one!) religiously. What makes this Lush location above all others in my book is the staff. They are friendly without being overbearing. They give you honest, frank opinions about products. They are all deeply knowledgeable about what they are selling which is awesome. I truly trust their opinions. Lush...we are breaking up. I used to like you when I went through a vegetarian stage back in High School, but now all you smell like is patchouli, and so do most of your products. The last time I saw you, I ended up spending $100 bucks on your products, and I don't even use them. I don't even recall all what I bought, actually. The massage bar is greasy and melts too quick and you charge extra for the tin carrier you almost need to hold the messy bar in. The soap that cost around $17 bucks for an average bar of soap size disintegrated within a weeks worth of use...your only "reasonably" priced bath bombs are the only redeeming product in my opinion...and I cut them in half to use per bath. A purple one did stain my tub, and I dare not use the glitter ones... I mean...I get what your trying to do...handmade products, all-natural ingredients, but it's just not working for me. Everyone was friendly and upbeat. The young lady who helped me took the time to explain each mask and she even read the ingredients in them to make sure I didn't get something I was allergic to. She also did demos on each hand and gave me samples of moisturizers since I couldn't decide. I will def be returning to this location. read more

I've never shopped at Lush before; however, I'm trying to transition into a more sustainable lifestyle and after extensive research, I decided this company would be my best option. I learned that many of their products are vegan, and (I believe) all of their packaging can be recycled. Even the "plastic" that bars appear to be wrapped in can be composted. Their black containers can actually be taken back into the store to be recycled and remade into new black containers! Awesome!! I went in basically knowing what I wanted. The lady working was SO nice! She helped educate me about other products they have and even offered me a sample of their "toothy tabs" to bring home and try before I bought them. I haven't even had a chance to try the products yet, but I'm so blown away by their customer service and sustainable packaging that I'm convinced I will never purchase from another cosmetics company again. Lush is one of my favorite shops out there and I always need a list to stick to when I visit! But this Lush store is specifically amazing! Whenever I've gone in - right as it opened, near closing, mid afternoon when it is quite busy - and everyone has always been super helpful and friendly! They'll help me find the things on my list, suggest a similar product that I may like if the one I was looking for is currently out of stock, they'll talk to me about their limited products and give warning if they are due to leave the store soon! I love this store! The staff is amazing their! Their bath bombs are so pretty and vibrant colors! Their face masks are so colorful and relaxing. Their tinted lipbalm is so very pretty! As you can tell I love everything about this store! But I want to ask for 2 important changes! 1. I would greatly appreciate if you would have more selections for your lipscrubs! 2. Please make the lipscrub prices lower, a lot of people I'm sure can't afford the lipscrubs because it's to much money to buy such a tiny product! I look forward to those changes in the future!
