From the moment you walk in your greeted and made to feel welcomed. It's a family owned business and every single person was attentive and helpful. There's also two stylists in the back of the store which was a pleasant surprise because that's the other hard part of living in North ATLANTA - a shortage of decent braiding salons that care about edges. The cherry on top was that it's Black-owned which was also a really nice surprise considering I've only been accustomed to Asian owned stores that didn't always seem to want my business even though they were in the business of servicing primarily Black people. ‍ Great experience and I cannot wait to continue to support!

There were 3 people on the register and i guess one comes out to help if you need help or comes out to watch to make sure no one is stealing . They seem to have a maze of an entrance for the exit of the store almost like a spin door but it's a door with a one way in and one way out kinda maze . I think they are more focused on anyone taking this vs the actual space the store is pretty tight for walking around.
