But they were very detailed and through on all the different treatments and facials they have and what would better suit my skin concerns. Very gentle and relaxing, I swear I took a short nap. Will definitely come again!

Andreea Hair Colourist: I first went to Andreea in 2015 and…read moreshe transformed my hair. It was a breath of fresh hair to meet a colourist that has the health of your hair as priority and works with your natural to give you blonde that looks fabulous over months of time. My hair used to be over processed, dry and broken. I now get complements all the time about the health and colour of my hair. I live in Ottawa now and have been travelling back to Toronto to have Andreea do my blonde for the past 5 years because I have never found anyone who puts that level of effort and commitment into my hair. She works with her existing pattern and while I am there for a long time.. the quality and quantity of melted/blended blonde I leave with is unmatched. She is the only hair colourist I know that can do that, so that I am not needing to rush back in in a couple months. Her passion for a job done to perfection is evident when you watch her work. She takes incredible pride in her technique and finished product. Andreea settles for nothing less than amazing..every time. I have SO much hair. Blonde hair of that quantity, that beautiful, that blended will cost you...but it's worth every penny. The whole team at ProHair are so lovely and feel like family when I come in year after year. Andreea are married now, in the church of hair colour! haha Dil death do us part, I DO! :D My hair found its soulmate hahah Check out her work on her instagram page: @haircolourprotoronto She's magic.

recently visited this salon after seeing the Groupon offer, which seemed like a great deal. I opted…read morefor the haircut package with a senior stylist and added an oil massage for an extra $10. Based on the promotion, I expected the total to be around $60, especially after the owner personally confirmed that the oiling, deep conditioning hair mask, shampoo, and blow dry would be included in that price. However, I ended up paying $93, largely due to unexpected charges -- including a separate fee for the hair mask -- and taxes that felt excessive. While I understand applicable taxes, the way the charges were broken down was unclear and left me feeling overcharged. The service itself was good, and the stylist was professional, but the surprise fees really took away from the overall experience. Unfortunately, this makes me hesitant to return, despite the initially promising offer. Even I didn't got senior stylist as promised on group on. I really want to give them 1/2 star

Everyone at the salon is cheerful and accommodating (re-booking me at my request on very short notice). Kat did wonders with my unruly hair and gave me a 'do' that I never thought was possible for my hair type. Revolutionary! She's very intuitive about styles for particular face shapes and hair textures. Kat was referred to me by a friend and I am referring to her to all of you! The salon uses Kevin Murphy products, an all-natural Australian line that smells incredible, makes your hair silky smooth, and actually works wonders (despite being all-natural). The salon itself is bright, spacious, and clean. The eclectic bathroom is definitely worth checking out. Their website is pretty wild too. There is plenty of free street parking right out front and the bustle of Ossington is just around the corner so you can celebrate your new look with a cocktail and some shopping (as I most certainly did!).
