    A favorite product-smells awesome.

We had a truly great experience at this Lush store. We have been to them all over the US and even in other countries. We might have a slight Lush addiction. The highlight was getting help from a person named Lauren who was knowledgeable, engaging, and full of tips about products and even some ideas about what else we might get up to London we are here. They helped us create a nice little collection of products to use while traveling and some to take home. Lauren was really helpful highly recommend her to anyone else searching for a great experience. We miss out on the spa which is sad. Hopefully next time we are we can make that work

WILD! Despite being the largest LUSH shop ever, this store does not fail to deliver all parts of a typical LUSH experience - friendly staff, regular check-ins & greetings, strong interactions, wide product selection and availability (this location has some exclusives), and personalized service! In addition, this shop has lots of special, fun things like exclusive products and sizes, a SPA, and special events. Shopping here is a special treat, especially for LUSH fans who can be found taking photos/videos everywhere. Who can blame them?! Overall, LUSH is an awesome place for purchasing cosmetics and having a refreshing shopping experience. Lush fan or not, guests will likely be overwhelmed, surprised, and pleased with Lush Oxford Street!

Three floors of this skin-loving luscious awesomeness.

Guys, I really don't know how else to describe this skincare wonderland except to say that it's like a candy shop... for your skin. Seriously, everything looks good enough to eat. I can't tell you how many times I almost put a delicious-looking piece of soap into my mouth. All joking aside, it's a very lively place to get ALL of your skincare needs- from facial masks, cleansers, scrubs, etc., to bath balls & body soaps- while not breaking the bank and giving to a company that's pro-planet and anti-animal-testing. The guys and gals who work here are all amazingly sweet and happy to help with any questions you may have. They'll even wash your skin for you to show you how delicious these products feel on your skin. Which reminds me, there's a tester for just about everything, so go crazy! The ingredients lists are short and the queues are long, so get ready to stay awhile and stock up on those luxurious handmade body washes.

Three floors of paradise!! First off I gotta say the store has more products than any other and that's amazing of course, BUT what initially made this a very special experience was the staff! I was so lucky to get Leah! She's been so amazingly helpful and she's just such a good soul! She's by far the best there and she knew exactly what I was looking for! I had so much fun trying new products and just falling in love with all of them! I gotta say all staff is extremely nice at that branch, but Leah just topped American customer service standards and I can't wait to come back for another amazing experience! :) Thank You, Lush and keep going with the naked products! Love 'em!

I can't tell you as an avid LUSH fan, how excited I was to go to their largest store! I was in heaven. They had a huge variety of items in all sizes spanning multiple floors. Despite how jam packed it was with people, the staff somehow managed to cater to everyone and be very polite as well. I was on a trip so I couldn't buy anything too large, but I did manage to find some scents that they normally only have seasonally in my city, so that was a bonus. One interesting aspect of this location is their spa. For a comparable price of any other spa, you can book an hour for yourself in a private room. They even have one-on-one counseling for the various service packages they offer. Finally, the best part of this location. Everything had a tester size, and no one breathing down your neck as you perused the store. Definitely recommend! If you have kids I'd just make sure to keep a close eye on them. It was super crowded and I know my own little one would probably get overwhelmed if he had been there.

It's been open for months, but I hadn't ventured to the flagship Lush store until recently. Wow. I was missing out! 3 floors of Lushtastic magic. Lots of exclusive products, the full Gorilla perfume range, colour cosmetics (great for those of us still mourning B Never Too Busy 2B Beautiful) & products offered in larger sizes and such not available at other stores or online, a Lush Spa location, & a scented cinema. Truly a bit of an Alladin's cave for Lush fans, or just anyone who likes lovely smelling stuff. The staff here are, as expected at Lush, very approachable & helpful. They are also very plentiful so you're sure to find whatever you're looking for, try something out, or get a great recommendation. Just fabulous. You really need to see and smell this new mothership for Lush. It's grand!

Take a break from the chaos of Oxford Street.. and into more chaos, if you're visiting on an afternoon or weekend at least! This is Lush's flagship store, the biggest and most extravagant in the world. It's a real love/hate experience - if you're already a Lush fan, it's like the sweet shop of dreams for scent and soap lovers. If you're not a fan of strong smells and eager, enthusiastic sales staff, it's probably not for you! This enormous store consists of three levels: shower gels, solid soaps, makeup, face masks and lotions on the ground floor, bath products and squishy Fun bars upstairs and massage bars plus fragrances and the very popular Lush Spa downstairs. The ground floor features regular bath bomb demonstrations in the giant basin at the front of the store, which can be very inspiring (and beautiful) if you're stuck for ideas on exactly what to purchase! If you still can't make up your mind, staff will be happy to give you a free sample of two of almost any product you might be interested in. If you're searching for a gift for a Lush fan, you've come to the right place as there are numerous products exclusive to this particular store which can't be found anywhere else. Despite the store normally being thriving with eager shoppers, you can usually find a sales assistant for help - they're all so friendly and knowledgeable, even with their vast ever-changing repetoire of hundreds of different products. There are seasonal exclusives available for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Halloween, so if you're looking for something really special be sure to pick up a few of the newest goodies - they sell out fast! Despite being so bustling, this store is quite kid-friendly - there's a Fun play-station where little ones can keep busy and get creative with the playdough-inspired soap bar! I've yet to visit the Spa on the bottom floor as it's a little pricey for me, but a quiet little oasis right in the heart of Oxford Street sounds incredibly tempting. After a visit to Lush Oxford Street you're guaranteed to leave smelling amazing with at least a couple of bags of goodies, despite any good intentions to budget or save money. Avoid if you can't help yourself! An absolute must-visit for any self-confessed Lush fans, you won't want to leave.

Wow the best Lush shop ever massive with 3 levels. You can buy all sorts from bubble bath bombs, body oils, soaps, etc. I love the smell in the shop. There is also going to be a mini pop up cinema during December showing Christmas films with lush smell inspired experience throughout.

More than two months ago, Lush has opened it's world's biggest shop in London on Oxford Street, a three storey shop which also include a Lush spa in the basement. I discovered Lush in London 10 years ago, I really like their products, their shop design and also the experience they offered (which allows you to try any of their products in the shop before buying). For the opening of this flagship store they have launched some exclusive 'Oxford St' only products (around 200 products). If you thought your local Lush store was already an amazing shop, you should definitely go to the Oxford street shop as it is like HEAVEN! In the last month I have probably spend more than 4 hours in total there...I've tried most of their new products and already have some favourites. I like the way their staff is so attentive and helpful, they explain every products and make you feel so special (especially when you get a free hand massage). On the ground floor it is all about shampoos, styling creams, face masks, make up, gourmet soaps, shower gels, scrubs, hair products and tooth powders. My favourite product from their shower gels range is the moisturising shower cream 'The Lord of Misrule', I really like its strong smell, a mix of patchouli, pepper and vanilla. Make sure you rinse well otherwise you'll look like Shrek ! Their make-up range is amazing... I love all of their products, from their eyes shadows to their lipsticks... For the moment I only bought their 'Emotional brillance - translucide face powder' which have now become my new daily mineral foundation powder, but their faithful lipstick (£13.50) is on my wishlist. From their hair products my favourite is their 'Sea spray- hair mist' (£9.95 for 100g), I use it everyday since I bought it. On top of giving a beach hair look, it smells amazing...maybe they should do a perfume with the same smell. It's a mix of neroli, orange flower, grapefruit and rosewood. In the basement you will find their range of perfumes, candles, massages bars but also their spa. Spa treatments start from £40 (30 minutes of 'Tailor Made') up to £285 (180 minutes of 'The Planets'). The treatment that caught my eyes is the 'Hard days night treatment' (£85 - 75 minutes: a deep, full body treatment to reworked Beatles songs using innovative, passing stretching techniques to revitalise) - on my wishlist too, but there is a month waiting list to book a spa treatment. I always keep the best till last...on the first floor you'll find all their bath bombs, bath oils, bubble bars and fun soaps. I could spend hours on this floor (well...I kind of did) Some of their exclusive Oxford street products in their bath bombs range are 'Experimenter', 'Guardian of the forest', 'Cyanide pill', 'Frozen', 'The sacred lotus flower' and 'Yoga Bomb''. I bought all of them apart from the Guardian of the forest as I didn't like its smells (not my taste). My two favourites so far are the Experimenter and the Yoga Bomb, both give amazing colours to your bath and smell so good. I would highly recommend popping by if you have a spare hour (or two), you won't regret it!

Seller stated that Royal Mail claimed that it had been delivered to my house, but I've now spoken to all my housemates and confirmed that they were on placement or working and were not in the house at the supposed time of delivery. The signature that Royal Mail supposedly got from me looks nothing like mine, and I was at Uni at the time of delivery. It could have been a mistake on Royal Mail's part, but there's nothing I can do on my end to rectify that and I resent paying money for items that didn't arrive at my house. If they had pursued a complaint with Royal Mail instead of just accepting what they said I wouldn't be writing this review, but as they didn't I wouldn't recommend dealing with this shop as they won't have your back if there's a delivery issue.

Boots is the British version of CVS/Walgreens in America. It's the largest pharmaceutical chain in the UK boosting about 2,500 locations in the UK and elsewhere. Boots dates back to 1849 starting as an herbal medicine shop in Nottingham. The location I visited was located on Oxford Street in Mayfair, London. I walked over... "But darling, just kiss me slow, your heart is all I own And in your eyes you're holding mine..." Entering Boots was so familiar. The security up front, cashiers to the side. The pharmacy in the back. I came specifically for - eye contacts solution. Boots had what I needed and more. I was now in search of small scissors that I could transport on a plane. Then I turned and she... "Baby, I'm dancing in the dark with you between my arms Barefoot on the grass, listening to our favourite song When you said you looked a mess, I whispered underneath my breath But you heard it, darling, you look perfect tonight..." The young lady, with shades of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, turned to me and asked if I needed help. I told her what I needed and she walked me over to each spot. Scissors, tweezers, deodorant, toothpaste, juicy apple shampoo, and even shortbread fingers! All the while I'm admiring how gorgeous this Boots gal is. Hmm I wonder was she wearing equestrian boots? Did she ride a horse? Would she go out with me to a romantic picnic on the English country side? Barefoot on the glass. Hmm... "Well I found a woman, stronger than anyone I know She shares my dreams, I hope that someday I'll share her home I found a love, to carry more than just my secrets To carry love, to carry children of our own..." In the end, Boots had everything I was looking for, sans the Lysol wipes. I did get a generic version at Tesco. Boots, as far as I know had nothing to do with equestrian boots or the like, instead it's named after the founder with a surname of Boot. I admit my fantasies got the best of me oh my! The English gal, the Pharmacy gal, not the theatre gal, who helped me was certainly gorgeous and Brit proper. I hope one day to have kids with her, maybe? This store opened in 2005, and is Boots' flagship store, I do like the history of the store they have in a wall with photos of the history of the company, Boots and its' other stores on the street and foundation which is pretty cool, although this is something many flagship stores do it is something I like. The basement level has the food and drinks section, for me, this is a waste and should always be on the first floor. Why? People want a grab and go beverage or lunch without messing around, trying to find an escalator or elevator which I had to do, and with only one lift in the store which was rather slow and making strange noises, it wasn't the most pleasant experiences one would associate with a flagship store. The selection of to go food and beverages were surprisingly poor and overpriced, and lacked to even a smaller Boots store, for a flagship store this is far from what one would expect. The staff seemed a little rude and seemed to get in the way more than they did help and I also didn't like the fact that they were constantly announcing a special promotion at the front of the store every two minutes, it was frankly a tacky and repetitive mess. Store size and selection of some items is good and I do like the history of the Boots brand set out in an interactive, colourful and dynamic way however the selection and location of beverages and snacks, issues with the staff, the store feeling tacky, and the basement perhaps needing some TLC as it didn't feel as modern as the rest of the store, and had awful mobile signal and lifts. 2*
