So I've been here once, literally still sitting in the parking lot from my first visit to write this, and I absolutely love this place already. She grows all her own plants and they have a ton of handcrafted items in here as well. The bonus I didn't know I was getting when I walked in? The prices are beyond reasonable to where I almost felt guilty for how little I paid for everything I got. The ladies inside were so friendly and knowledgeable. I love supporting local small businesses but I get super pumped when they're businesses that really show their passion for what they do. This will be one of my new regular Sunday stops when I'm looking to get out and around town. Definitely come check them out if you haven't already. read more

The owner is a rude and nasty woman who rushed out of her store to take pictures of my car less than 5 minutes after parked in front of the store intending to come in once I finished my business on the phone. She came out after I parked for about 2 minutes, and was either recording or on face time showing someone my car and the sign which I parked in front of (for customers only) which I was going to be if she had allowed me to come in. This incident occurred on a Tuesday afternoon around 1 p.m. when the plaza was NOT experiencing a high volume of business. There were NUMEROUS spots available and I determined it would be okay for me to finish the business in which I was engaged before going into the plant shop. (Side note- I adore plant shops and adore spending my time browsing and patronizing "cute little shops" and was very much looking forward to exploring a new store.) THIS place however is a nightmare. Instead of coming out to give me a smile, wave, or a friendly beckon inside, the owner ran behind my car to take PICTURES of my license plate. She claims she was on the phone, however I watched her blatantly and obviously stalk behind my car and point her phone camera at my car to take pictures of my license plate. Then after I became concerned and hesitant to get out of my car, she returned to the window inside the store to stare at me. The plaza was fairly empty and there were plenty of spots available. Instead of enjoying a rare day off and leisurely browse before lunch, I was run off of the premises by the scary, antagonistic, and dismissive owner of this store. If I'd had a chance to become a customer I potentially could have enjoyed my visit, however I was aggressively confronted and harassed until I ultimately decided to leave the whole plaza because I felt unsafe and unwanted. PLEASE avoid this establishment- the owner is a horrible, unwelcoming miser. read more

Lush Leaves new location in San Marco is so convenient, their prices have remained great, they are an amazing addition to the community. The owners plan such awesome and unique events, and work alongside local vendors. They not only bring a cute shop to the area but add to the culture. It feels great to support a small business. For all those concerned about driving somewhere only to not be able to find parking, this will never be a concern for you which seems to be a big win in San Marco. read more

Jen took her in, did a lot of work to repot her and then kept her for a week or so to be sure she was OK. She wouldn't take a anything for this service - which was so big to me.
