Spooky season has officially hit lush cosmetics. I came in the other day cause I saw on the window. They had some really cute Halloween bath bombs. The store was very organized and me and also the staff was very helpful when it came to looking for different products. I love the Halloween collection they have right now plus they even had a couple themed items from how to train your dragon, E.T and more. read more

Izzy and EJ were amazing! From the moment we walked in, they welcomed us with big smiles and positive energy. They gave us a full rundown of the store, explained the products in detail, and made sure we felt comfortable trying things out. What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable they were. They took their time answering all our questions and made the whole visit feel like an experience, not just a shopping trip. You can tell they really love what they do, and it made us even more excited to explore everything. Between the incredible customer service and the always-amazing products, Lush never disappoints. I'm obsessed with the shimmy shimmy. Thank you, Izzy and EJ, for making our visit so fun and memorable! read more

Thier product line is diverse and well rounded. Lip gloss, shampoo bars, bath bombs buble bars etc. Anything you could want they have, something for all ages. Their staff are professional and polite, offering samples and demos if desired. Their store is not overpowering in smell like some that sell similar products. read more

Always a pleasure shopping in here! Oh my gosh! The store smells so great! I have to buy some thing every time I go inside! Lol... My apologies for not knowing the name of the lady who helped me. She was awesome! She even got another coworker to into their storage find a item I was looking for that wasn't on the shelf and I truly appreciated it...because it's a seasonal item (i.e. Snow Fairy) that I cannot find except for this time of the year... thank you so much! I highly recommend this store I just wish it was in a bigger space because sometimes when I go in there it can be crowded. read more

Daisy made my experience. I suffered a head injury recently which left me unable to smell most scents. She was patient and understanding. Explained key ingredients. I left excited with a new routine for hair and face. I'll be back and asking for her again. Thanks! read more

I'm so happy that I found a lush store here in Florida. I love the smell of them. Still the sex bomb is my favorite, I did pick up a bubble bar to try something different. I will definitely be coming back here to buy more. read more

I spied through the window a sparkly Gold Bath Bomb COVERED in the sparkliest GOLD sparklies at the Lush in San Diego's Fashion Valley - and I'm a silly SUCKER for all things shinyyyy!! Oh look! Something shiny! This was the first time I encountered these beauty products years ago, when Lush opened their store in Fashion Valley. I shouldn't have done it, but my brain was telling me to go in and pick up that Gold Bath Bomb Baubble! Boom! That Bath Bomb instantly had my hand COVERED in the sparkliest Gold Glitter! It took me hours to shake it off! My boy-toy at the time kept shrugging off my hand when I came near him because, you know, guys don't EVER like glitter on them in any way, shape, or form. I've even seen guys get all squirrelly when they have a mere speck of glitter on their face from touching a greeting card that has glitter on it! If you tell them they have glitter on their face, they'll keep rubbing to get it off because - well - they're GUYS! And guys can't do glitter! This incident with the sparkliest Gold Bath Bomb was so scarring to me that it kept me out of ALL Lush stores until now! Now I love Lush for all their Fresh Handmade beauty products. They all smell divine! The Lip Scrubs are meant to be edible, as the directions tell you to lick them off your lips after applying. Sweet! And the "Bubblegum" is so delicious! This store is The Bomb! You can find: Hand & Body Soaps by-the-slice Solid & Liquid Shampoos and Conditioners Hennas for your Hair Lip Scrubs Face & Body Scrubs Hand & Body Lotions Massage Bars Bath Bombs!! ...and So Much More On my visit to the Brandon Mall location recently, the two ladies were very sweet and helpful, without being too overbearing. They were knowledgeable in describing their products and even let me know that any of the products could be tested before buying them. Their return policy allows you to exchange for another product. I'm not sure how it would be handled if you were allergic to a product. It took me a long time to find this store, as it is located down an obscure corridor of Brandon's sprawling Mall, but it was well worth finding! The only negative, and why I took off a star, is that the price point for the products is VERY high. But considering they are all natural with no additives, plus they are never tested on animals, makes it doable to make a purchase once in a while. Now that they are established and have been around for a number of years, I would like to see their prices reflected downward. However... I'm a big fan! Glitter and all!! 41/100 read more

It was my first time coming here today and it was amazing Julian showed me around the whole store, asked enganging questions and was amazing. store itself smelled amazing as a walked in. I will definitely be coming back to this amazing spot read more

I enjoyed my experience here. I love how they give you extensive information about all of their products and even give you samples to try while you're there. Only if the product is liquid they let you take a sample home, if it's solid they don't, but if you go to the international mall they let you sample the solids and take them home! The prices aren't cheap so make sure you purchase what you really want! This location is smaller than the international location so if you're looking for bigger go to international mall. read more

Lush Cosmetics - Very small location - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Brandon, Florida

Love LUSH!. I was so happy when they decided to open up stores in the United States. The products are all natural and handmade which is important to me. They also use only pure products for their fragrances which they make themselves. Many of the packaging and pots are all natural and biodegradable which is good for our bodies and the environment. The customer service is always excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They will give you suggestions on items based on what you need it for or who you are buying it for. They will help you carry your items for purchase and encourage you to try the product in the store before you buy it. Before they moved to the States. I use to go to Toronto to buy their products or have my cousins in Toronto mail them to me, but now it is super nice that I can go in and buy whatever I need whenever I want to. My favorite products are the scrubs Rub Rub Rub and Ocean Salt. I always have at least one of those in my shower. I also like the Buffy Bar and the Bath Bombs. I picked up a scrub yesterday and a gift box for my Mom for Mother's day. read more

The sales women really get all up in your business in this store. The asked us if we needed any help, we said we were just looking. They said if we needed anything to let them know. No more than 15 seconds later they were all up in our business again. Annoying alert! I had to leave. read more

I went to Lush for the first time not too long ago and I was clueless as to what brought me in or what I wanted to purchase. I walk past it every day so I figured I would stop in. I was greeted kindly at the door by one of the Lush associates and I told her it was my first time there and I wanted to know about their bath bombs (all my friends talk about how awesome they are). She offered to show me how they work in the sink and I put my hands in the water to feel it, etc etc. I also asked about their scrubs, she was happy to show me those as well. Needless to say, I walked out with 4 bath bombs and a jar of Rub Rub Rub... And I'm going back soon because I'm almost out of it :) Very clean, well-kept store with a group of knowledgeable and friendly staff. They told me to come in on my lunch break and they'd give me a facial or a foot treatment. How cool. Would definitely recommend this store, and also this location in particular! read more

Lush Cosmetics - "If you like it rough..." *badum tss* which actually feels wonderful - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Brandon, Florida

Best Lush I've ever been to! Alex answered the phone with courtesy, and Amy provided excellent product recommendations. She even helped me pick a product more suited to my hair needs than what was previously recommended. This location is excellent: kind, clean, functional, informative and just a tad bit silly. I will return to this location every time I visit my family. This location is better than my nearest shop---NYC. read more

I have always passed Lush in the mall and wanted to go in so I finally did! I was shopping for a girlfriend for her birthday and the girls in the store were so helpful! They took the time to explain the products and even did demonstrations to show me how the products work. I bought a few bath bombs, soap and bars. They all smelled devine and are all natural. A little pricey but my friend loved her gift! read more

While I adore the Buffy and message bars I took 1 star off because the associates can be too pushy. "I'm just browsing" means I don't need you asking 21 questions and trying to show me what YOU want me to see. On the flip side every single associate has been very nice. Just wish they would give me a little space sometimes. I'll continue to shop here because it's feel good retail therapy! read more

Same great products they have at other locations, but the staff isn't as helpful or nice. They're still fine, but they pressure you to buy things you haven't even tried. This place is best if you have a general idea of what you want and don't want because the staff can and will pressure you hard to buy certain things here. Last time I went they were trying to get me to buy an expensive face wash and shampoo I'd never tried before. They are very stingy with samples here. I much prefer the International plaza location. If it's not too far out of your way, go to that one and not the Brandon one. read more

If the prices here were a little cheaper I would shop here more! I love lush- especially the all natural ingredients in everything. The bubble bars for the bath are my favorite and they last a really long time. The glitter ones are hard to wash off your bath tub though. The cashiers will show you how the products work and help you out a lot, they are so nice. It's a small store but it definitely has a lot of different options to offer. The smells are fantastic too especially for the organic type feel that goes with it. read more

I went in to lush to get some body lotion for my baby bump. I was met with a friendly and knowledgeable worker. She asked me what I was in for and helped me find exactly what I wanted. She really knew her stuff and as she took me around the store she explained everything. I like that the lotion I got is organically made and as I bought the charity pot, 100% of the proceeds of my purchase goes towards a charity. I'll definitely be back. read more

Had a wonderful experience with one of their newer employees name Brianna. She picked out 3 products she thought would best go with my skin type (combination/oily) and I am so pleased!! I gout Herbalism, Rose Jam, and the Coffee mask. She was so informative on all the ingredients in multiple products, which is what ultimately sold us on these amazing products. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and my skin. Cannot wait to come back for more! read more

In love with my in the shower body conditioner! The girls were extremely helpful and gave me an awesome hand massage!

Literally ran into Lush on my lunch break, it was the second time I had ever been in the store and I heard such wonderful things but that's not the attitude I was greeted with. I was ignored the entire time I was shopping. Then when I went to checkout the clerk seemed more interested in her closing paperwork than helping me. She offered a faint, nice choice and she proceeded to push my selections out of the way to ring up another customer. This is my second and last time in that store. And coming from an apple employee. This is not customer service that I would expect from my employees. And when i went back to tell the manager she hat stared at my with a blank face.... read more

Stopped by to pick up aquamarina face wash, aroma water toner, vanishing cream, & sea salt scrub. All of them were readily available and in stock. Was in and out quick. I took away one star because the expiration dates on what I purchased items were only weeks away which usually takes me 2 months to use & they didn't have any other smaller choices for aquamarina (usually purchase .15 or .25 had to purchase .5 size) read more

I absolutely love ALL Lush products. This store always has a pleasant atmosphere and knowledgeable, friendly employees. I have been given a free sample almost every time I visited. Products are pretty expensive. I personally believe these products are worth the extra cash. Some of the employees are sharp looking, but some could benefit, by using the over priced products they are trying to sell. Would like to see mini bath bombs soon, so one bath doesn't have to cost $7. read more

I walked into this store last week and this place is now my favorite store! it's a little expensive, but u really do get what u pay for. I went inside to buy my Aunt a gift and an associate gave me about (5) samples for myself and the very next day I went in bought what she had given to me. there shampoo "I love Juicy" and the conditioner "American dream" leaves my hair smelling good for HOURS, even my bf noticed it and loves it! I bought a cinnamon bar shampoo for my mother who is going through chemo right now and is afraid of losing her hair, my dad touched her hair and noticed that her hair was so soft and thick, now she's in love with this place! I have been recommending place to all of my friends. I love the fact that everything is made with natural ingredients and handmade. The staff is so friendly! read more

Great customer service even when its crowded and lovely products. Everyone should stop in even if it's just to smell the store lol.

I'm fairly new to Lush products. My Boss gave me a nice assortment of Lush products for Christmas and I absolutely love the Rose Jam Shower Gell and Ro's Argan Body Conditioner. Saturday 2/6/16 was my first time getting to visit a LUSH store and it was a really overwhelming experience! The store is way too small for customers to shop without bumping into the displays and into other people..especially right before a special occasion like Valentine's Day...the thing that really ruined the experience was all of the sales associates were like vultures! They kept coming up to me and we're so pushy about the products and it was so annoying! I was in the store for about 45 minutes. During that time, every sales associate in the store came up to me 4 to 5 times asking me questions and trying to push sales..I wanted to buy some more Rose Jam shower gel but I was told it was not in stock and I could only purchased it by buying a gift box because it was a seasonal product. It was not on the display shelves..only in the gift boxes. Every time I started to smell a tester...a sales associate would show up and start bugging me to try this or that..it was just too pushy and they need to back off of the customers and give them some space! Next time I will order on line and avoid going to the store. I can only imagine what this LUSH store is like at Christmas. I love the products and the fact that they are Vegan and cruelty free. 5 Stars for the products..2 stars for the pushy sales associates read more

Absolutely amazing! It was my first time in LUSH and the lady there was so super helpful. She did a demo of a face cleanser I was interested in trying (Herbalism) on my hand to show me how to use it since it is so different, then showed me the toner I was considering too and asked me about my skin to make sure it would work for me. Didn't pressure me into buying anything at all, let me wander around and showed me a few more things, told me what she liked, helped me pick out a few bath bombs and even went in the back to grab more of the lip balm I wanted cause they were out. It is a little pricey but when you figure they're all natural and made by hand I don't mind paying that extra bit for it. She even gave us like 4 samples of other things to try! Amazing place and amazing employees. My only complaint is that the store is so SMALL it feels a little cramped and they were completely sold out of the fresh face masks :( but she said they sell out almost immediately. Better luck next time. (And so far, the Herbalism face wash and tea tree toner are doing absolute wonders for my skin, so I will definitely be going back) read more
