This store has amazing bath bombs and skin care products. I have been a few times and am never disappointed. The bath bombs are roughly the size of a softball and really do turn the water different colors. The glitter added is not plastic. All of their products are environmental friendly. Just ventured to to store a couple weeks ago but have ordered online. For the me the products have been hit or miss. HAIR: I've been really happy with the Seanik solid shampoo and Jungle solid conditioner. I think they'll last me a couple months. Best of all, I can travel with them in a carry on. BODY: I love the MANGE TOO massage bar. It smells wonderful and is great when you need to pamper yourself, but it can be messy. I like the results of the Buffy body butter, it left my skin super soft, but is too painful to use more than once or twice a week. Both bars lasted about 3 uses. Maybe I haven't got the right one, but I find the bath balls useless. I don't like the jelly soap, it smells great but is a pain to use...too slippery to break apart and doesn't feel like it's cleaning. I LOVE the scent of the potion solid perfume but found out I'm VERY allergic to it. Had to go to the doctor for a steroid shot and medication after getting contact dermititis. It took about 2 weeks for this to clear up so you may want to test a small spot for a couple days. FACE: I LOVE the herbalism face cleanser. It is very weird to use and smells funky but my skin was so soft after just a couple uses and is less oily and clearing up over all. I've just started using Imperialis moisturizer, but I can't really see or feel a difference over other moisturizers and this is pretty pricey at $22 a jar. Overall I've been really happy with the products I that work for me. I like that the products are natural, fresh and handmade. read more

Loooooove Lush!!!! This store is a little small, but they all are. It's also located inside of the Macy's at Lenox. The people there are so incredibly friendly and you can pretty much try or sample whatever you want. Their products are organic, handmade, and vegetarian (whatever that means). They also fight against animal testing (yay) and support the LGBT community (super yay!) I have incredibly super sensitive skin and even have a skin condition and it helps tame it without irritating it like some other more fragrant soaps. They price the soap by the size you get, kind of like fruits. The more you get the pricer it will be obviously. However if you leave there having spent about $70 in soap (guilty) don't worry because it will probably last you about 6-8 months! It is pricey, about $7-10 for a 1/4 pound of soap but you pay for what you get. Totally worth the money, check out this awesome people that work here and they'll hook you up! read more

If this was just about the Lush products, it'd be a solid 4 stars. But I find the staff at this location condescending and somewhat unpleasant to deal with. I don't know if it's a Buckhead thing, if it's a function of this being a "Lush in Macy's" location or what, but when I need something from Lush, I generally go well out of my way to go to the Perimeter store. Every once in a while I end up at this location because I really need something and this easy to get to from my commute. And then I regret going to this location. read more

Lush products are wonderful. I strongly recommend them. I do not recommend shopping at this location. This is crammed into a tiny, crowded corner next to the entrance to Macy's. It spills into the walkway. There is barely any room to move around the products, and even less so when you are crowded in by other patrons. If that didn't get you claustrophobic enough, the sales people are clearly working on commission. They follow you around begging to help you in high-pitched, fake friendly voices, trying to push products you don't care about on you. I'm sure it's what they've been told to do but it's obnoxious and alienating. Likely due to it's small size, they are often out of things--so don't go here expecting them to have your favorite item in stock. Call first and ask. If you have a Lush gift card, don't bother. They won't take them because they belong to Macy's. I recommend buying lots of Lush products, but not at this location. read more

Lush, I adore you, but I am not a fan of this location because it is a teensy, tiny pop-up shop inside Macy's. It gets so crowded that you can barely turn around, and there's nowhere to stand and get a good look at the products because you're always moving out of the way of another customer. It was my first time ever in Lush when I visited this location recently, and the sales associates were super helpful and loaded me up with products. However, I wish I had been offered samples so that I could work them into my existing skincare routine instead of needing to buy the entire product and make the forty mile trip back to Lenox to return if I disliked it. I think I'll be buying from their online store from now on, though. There's just not enough space at this location to browse at your leisure. read more

Amazing products, and amazing customer service! I always have amazing experiences with the staff every time I visit. During my last visit, I was with a friend whom I wanted to buy some bath bombs for. I didn't want her to know what I was doing because It was her birthday, and I informed one of the staff members about it. She told me she would hide it from my friend, just so she wouldn't see it, and quickly hid it in a bag for me. read more

Myself and my daughter use these products # reason they are cruelty free to animals! The second is everyone loves it when we give them as gifts. I have a COMPLAINT. It is very simple, If they market that they are kind to animals maybe they should teach the Manager Evannie at Buford Mall to be kind to humans! Especially customers that spend alot of money and love Lush. She was very rude to my daughter, myself and talked very mean so rude to the other associates. She just stands there with an expression like she is angry meanwhile the other associates are selling items and happy with customers. I really hope they retrain Evannie to be more kind!!! My 13 yr daughter & her friends are afraid to go in that store if that rude woman is working. read more
