I called the store and of course the person (owner) basically said to bad for you not in those words but he didn't try to rectify the situation. Yesterday I went there to purchase some socks specifically. There was an issue with those as they did not have the ones on sale clearly marked. I ended up picking up some other items. I caught a bottle of bonding that rung up more than it said. I had the young lady remove that. I got home and looked at the receipt and found a price discrepancy. A head wrap I purchased rung up $2.49 but the price on the item says $1.99. My advice to anyone seeing this is to take a picture of the tag and pay attention to the price as it is being scanned. If I didn't live over 17 miles from the store. I would've taken it back. Why are these store so trifling!

The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very surprised I liked the smell of most of the products and most (if not all) of the products actually do something to assist your skin/body. They have massage bars for sore muscles that smell good, exfoliating soaps, sleepy lotion, etc. They're about to take all of my money, goodness gracious I need to create a budget.

What I like most is the fact that the ladies who work there greet you and help you look for anything you need. If they don't have the product they will let you know and try to assist you on finding it elsewhere. No one is badgering you to purchase something you don't want and if you tell them what you want to use it for they can give you some suggestions if you are open to the advice. They have whatever I need and their prices are not sky high for every little thing. Some beauty supply stores are too big and overwhelming. For me this one is just right. I can run in here and then run into Publix and keep it moving with the quickness. Oh and did I say it was Black Owned!!!!

I've bought L'Occitane through various other stores in the past including Nordstrom and Sephora…read more However this was my first experience at one of their signature stores. I must say what a treat it was to spend with the lovely sales associates here. Before coming here I was only familiar with their shea butter hand cream which I think is just the best hand cream out in the market place. However after coming here I was privileged to be introduced to the company's other equally as impressive products. Products such as their best selling almond milk concentrate and the almond shower oil. (They have a sink in the middle of the store floor which allows you to sample some of their shower gels.) Some of the items that I sampled that I really liked are of the following: Shea Ultra light body cream (absorbs easily and has a dry finish) Almond shower oil (It actually goes from oil into a creamy soap with a few drops of water. It rises off cleanly with a dry finish. Leaving your skin smoother and more supple than before. If fact even the next day I could still feel the difference in the skin texture of my hands.) Almond milk concentrate (light and non greasy) Shea butter ultra rich body lotion (surprisingly light. Absorbs quickly into the skin and no greasy residue.) Jasmin & Bergamote perfumed body milk (This item surprised me the most. I didn't like it at first but after a couple of hours of wearing it. It just smells amazing. Smells similarly to Tom Ford's Oud Wood....This is an item that I would of never bought just by looking at it on a shelf. But thanks to L'Occitane's generous policy with letting people sample their products first. I am happy to say I've become a big fan.) I hope after reading this review you will go in and try out some their amazing stuff...you'll be glad you did...

CYDF has showed me my face ain't clean at all. I'm actually disgusted with myself. To anyone who has kissed my face before 2025, I'm so sorry. But after my recent cleansing, my face safe is safe to smooch. The facility is simple but effective. I had an appointment and everything started on time. Keyana was my esthetician. Keyana removed all the dead crap from my face, restored moisture to my skin, and then added something on my face that made it feel like cold air was entering my pores. Felt amazing! I'm considering a membership. Only drawback is all the locations are a far commute for me. But I do highly recommend it! I haven't tried any of the retail products they stock. I'm interested in a face mask and rejuvenating oil. All of which can be purchased online. 5-starts! That's it!

The service felt more like a quick wipe-down with a cold compress and moisturizer rather than a treatment tailored to my skin's needs. I would love to see more personalized treatments that better address individual skin concerns.

I am used to buying this typically from Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom in the past. So it was great to see its own standalone store. After walking in we quickly were helped, and were the sales person was able to identify the scent that I knew of, but did not know the name. So absolutely fantastic that he knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly what I needed and was able to locate it. We ended up getting a hair mask as well as a perfume. And lucky on this day they were doing free engraving. My picture show the engraving of our names. However, you could have chosen almost anything. There was even choices as fonts and colors and sizes, etc.. Along with our purchase, we got a couple of samples as well, which was great. And everything was so nicely packaged in their cute shopping bags with the colored tissue. If I'm ever back here again, I will definitely be stopping at the store. They've always loved this brand and their products. But now I get to love it directly from them as opposed to doing it through a department store.
