Terrible costumer service . I went to this location looking for help with the Jane Iradele line , when I arrived nobody greeted me, no good morning after I said good morning ,the people that's work there look like is a nuisance or a burden to say hello to costumers .finally after 10 mins somebody directed me to the Jane Iradele line without asking if I need any assistance , a few minis later another persons came in and ask me if I need help , I did said yes I need help but she wasn't really to help me ( I asked her to suggest good eyeshadow color for my complexion ) she just point to all the color without making a suggestion as an expert .i was asking about the product and no knowledge of them whatsoever, I decide to move to another brand and nobody help or seems to have knowledge of any of the products there. The only person that had a nice personality and approachability was the young lady at the register ( didn't get her name ) beautiful lady with a great smile . What a disappointing experience! The first time I went there I had someone awesome helping me. She knew her products and made very good recommendations. I ended up spending way more money that I had initially intended! This time though, I was greeted by a guy who really had no idea of what would work best for me. No recommendations, no guidance and a very indifferent shop manager talking to him about what he should show me, as if I wasn't standing right there in front of her. In trying to preserve my sexy, I have started reaching for the star products of facial cleansers, toners, and even facials themselves. In the process of shopping healthy at Whole Foods, I stumbled upon BlueMercury. It is in the same parking lot as them and next door to The NorthFace. The staff is mainly female and friendly. They are good at recommending solutions based on your skin type. For a guy like me who has oily, shiny skin I need help with maintaining that shine. "Oh that means your skin is healthy!" Sure, that's great but can you stop my nose from glowing like Rudolph? I am learning that at 30 something, I can no longer just wake up and hit the streets but coming to a point of needing some help. I have started collecting a sink full of stuff trying to find the right products for me. One great thing about this place is that they have consistently offered me samples that will last anywhere from a few days to a week. I am so tired of the poor customer service at this store. Today I went into the store, and nobody acknowledged me or even said hello. I've been in here bunches of times to purchase product, now I order almost everything from Bluemercury that I need online, but I was in the area, so I figured I'd come in to purchase what I needed. Not once did anybody ask if I needed help. If Bluemercury wants or needs loyal customers, ACKNOWLEDGE them IN THE STORE. I have seen them bend over backwards over a reality TV Stars' mother in the store, so I know they will give good customer service SELECTIVELY. I may not ever purchase any Bluemercury products ever again after this, even online. No excuses, I've given this store so many chances. Terrible. REALLY Bad. read more

I've been in several times and always have exceptional help picking products. The manager is always great with recommendations for both colors and products. I called to book an appointment for a Client coming into town. The woman who answered the phone stated plainly that this SPA doesn't have estheticians on staff and will not be able to book an appointment for a couple of weeks. Really - a "spa" in Buckhead Atlanta without a single esthetician? It all worked out as Remède Spa at the St. Regis Hotel right across the street took the appointment and with a much more professional and luxurious manner. Went in to look around. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help. Beyond that, the service was awful. I asked for assistance in locating a product. The girl replied that "only popular ones come in small sizes." Ok I asked about another product (same brand). She again replied "only most popular come in small sizes." Hmm. She never mentioned the most popular products so I'm not sure how I was to know. She seemed more bothered by me than interested in helping me. read more

Alison, the manager, saved me in a pinch. I'm not adept at selecting or doing my makeup, but had to get some head shots for work. In under a half hour, she helped me select products, did my makeup, and had me out the door. No heavy sales pressure, very knowledgeable, lots of options throughout the store. The products I purchased have lasted through travel since then, and the tips she gave me are really helping me put them to good use. Easy in and out. Great parking. I use to shop at this store all the time back in D.C. and always had great customer service... well not so much at the buckhead location....when i walked in an employee named "tarita" was going off on her so called "man" and i had to interrupt her from her convo to help me...i wanted a touch up as i was going out and told her i would like to buy several products too.....she then asked me would i like to book an appointment......mind you this was a tuesday at 2 pm and there was absolutely no one in the store.....I replied, can't i do it now or must i have an appointment,,,,she then said "sure no problem but you have to buy at least 3 products or I'm going to charge you 45 bucks.'' i was totally shocked at her unprofessionalism....as i had already told her i needed to purchase several items to begin with.....long story short she did my makeup and it was horrible but i still bought over 400 dollars worth of product. I've been to this location before and had great service but this defn isn't one of there top employees .....i guess better luck next time....... read more
