I cannot believe they would treat their old clients this way. The owner said, she didn't care about what I had to say and she'd only support the people that work for her and take their word over any customer. Long story short they've blocked me from services there bcos a nail tech was uncomfortable working with me. She wouldn't tell me the reason for it and was very abrupt in her mannerism. While I was there, I was able to book a facial for 2 days later on a Saturday. Melissa was an angel. Her touch was fluid & gentle & warm. I've had facials in San Francisco & Las Vegas before , but she raised the bar on those. She truly has a gift & I highly recommend her. I'm from California, but if I lived here, I'd be in here every month.
