On our first evening in Guadalajara, we walked from our apartment to this cute cafe with a back…read morecourtyard, plants everywhere, retro art inside, and a swing by the sidewalk (our five-year-old daughter's favorite part). After dining in for a Saturday dinner in July, here's our experience:
1) Food: The menu is huge and they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner any time they are open. That means you can have breakfast for dinner! Although tempting, my small family of three split the pasta and enchiladas suizas. Both were good, but the enchiladas suizas won the cake! The Swiss cheese with the green sauce- wow! I'll crave this!
2) Drinks: They don't have bottled water, but they do serve water in a glass that is filtered and safe to drink. They have Coca-Cola products and lots of beer. My wife and I each got a $90 peso glass of Portuguese white wine.
3) Service: It's friendly, but you may need to flag down your server to order and to get your check if you're in a rush.
4) Space: Funky art decorates the entire space and there's courtyard seating, indoor seating, and patio seating. It's a beautiful space and very peaceful!
