Me and hubby chilling after a nice walk on the beach and having some great margaritas - A man and woman are taking a close-up selfie together, both smiling at the camera. The woman is wearing a red sleeveless top, has a nose piercing, and her hair is tied back. The man is wearing a gray cap and a black T-shirt with white text and graphics. The background shows part of a room with some objects and a window. The image captures a happy moment between the two individuals.

I'm really picky about my Mexican and my margaritas and I have no complaints about this restaurant at all the owner. Nikki usually works the bar as I can see so far and engages with everyone like I said amazing you must must try if you are in Hampton Beach and make sure to have Their cucumber jalapeño margarita it is to die for

The image shows a sign for Lupe's 55 Cantina, decorated with colorful sugar skull illustrations, flowers, and hearts. The sign has a dark background with white text and large numbers, illuminated by blue LED lighting along the top edge. The decorations include detailed, vibrant sugar skulls and floral motifs, contributing to a festive Mexican-themed atmosphere.

Seriously this is the best place for margaritas if you're in Hampton Beach! They had a variety of flavors and other classic Spanish fire drinks! very cute ambience with Mexican stylings. It was very understaffed during the seafood festival and I learned they actually had a stall on the boardwalk so that explains it but they bartender did a great job considering she was like the only bartender..

Margarita - A hand holds a large, multicolored glass with a dotted pattern, filled with ice and a lime wedge, over a bar counter. The background shows bar mats, a drink, and various bar items, indicating a bar or restaurant setting.

I'm not a huge Mexican fan, but I can certainly say this chorizo queso is the best I've ever had. It disappeared very quickly at our table. This restaurant was hopping when we were there but the service was still great, and tacos were mouthwatering. Not pictured was the carne asada and chicken tacos I got...sorry devoured them and there was no time for pictures. Go enjoy this place next time you're at the beach!

A margarita cocktail is presented in a decorative glass with a multicolored speckled pattern. The drink has a salted rim and contains ice, with a lemon slice garnish floating on top. The glass is placed on a black napkin on a wooden table, with a blurred background showing diners and restaurant interior details.

What a cool place on Ocean Blvd. Our server was great, the food was delicious and the vibe was fun. Definitely give Lupe's a try. Your taste buds will thank you!

Carne asada small quesadilla - A quesadilla, cut into four triangular pieces, is presented on a foil-lined tray with a lemon wedge. Accompanying the quesadilla are small containers of salsa and sour cream, along with a side salad topped with pico de gallo, lettuce, and shredded cheese. The dish is served on a metal tray with a wooden table visible in the background.

We came here while visiting Hampton beach. We ordered the Carne asada 6 inch quesadilla and the ceviche. The quesadilla was an 8.5 out of 10. The ceviche for the price was a 5 out of 10. When I order ceviche it's suppose to be packed with seafood (especially when I am on the beach) and this only had shrimp and not very many either. It was mostly some form of liquid which was weird because it's was like water. Never had a ceviche like that. I wasn't a fan. It lacked seafood and other ingredients for the price. I wouldn't order it again. It was hot as hell in the restaurant too which made it hard to enjoy the food. I would try another restaurant on the boardwalk next time over this one.

Love me some tacos but they were unavailable due to the food festival. Staff friendly and very busy. Love the atmosphere. We will have to go again when the festival is over to really provide a good review.

Elotes (Mexican street corn) - Four corn on the cob skewers coated with cheese, herbs, and spices are arranged on a metal tray lined with foil. The skewers are garnished with chopped cilantro and lime wedges are visible underneath. The dish appears to be Mexican street corn, served as a snack or appetizer.

It was a little bit of a weight, but we expected there would be, given the location in the middle of summer. The food and service was worth the wait. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. My children introduced me to elotes, which were amazing. My daughter got the children's chicken quesadilla, which was much better than you would get in most Mexican restaurants here locally. The shredded chicken and the quesadilla was very flavorful. My son and I got the fish tacos, which were excellent. The sauce that came with it was a little spicy, but otherwise I would say it's good. Highly recommend!

Mexican street - A breaded, fried food item, possibly a Mexican street food, is placed on a foil-lined tray. It is garnished with fresh herbs and sprinkled with spices. The tray is on a wooden table, with a lime wedge nearby. In the background, a hand is seen holding a napkin, and part of a bar or kitchen area is visible.

I'm so happy we finally came here! There is nothing like this in Hampton beach. You have quality food, epic drinks, and the friendliest service. The drinks were strong and fresh, I have not had a decent drink out here that wasn't filled with sugar. I wasn't hungry so I got the Elote and have to say, it was delicious. The two others got fish tacos (they had grilled cheese on the outside of the tortilla, jealous) and the big burrito. Great size portions, the inside is calm but with a bit of spice, they had the game on, and over all a nice place to enjoy a good meal. So happy there is finally something great on the board walk

Pineapple Jalapeño infused tequila margarita - A tall glass contains a margarita with pineapple chunks, a jalapeño slice, and ice cubes. The rim of the glass is coated with salt or chili powder. Two black straws are inserted into the drink. The background shows a bar or restaurant setting with people and various bottles and items on shelves. The drink appears to be a pineapple jalapeño infused tequila margarita.

The drinks and service were on point. They were really good about cleaning everything once people left. We did not have any food but it looked and smelled delicious. I wish they were open a little later. The margaritas were awesome!

Got the arroz plate carne assada and carnitas as well, one is big enough for two. Also got Two spicy margaritas, real margaritas though! - Three drinks with ice are on a wooden table at Lupe's 55 Cantina, a Mexican restaurant. The drinks include a yellowish cocktail with a salted rim, a reddish cocktail with a straw, and a pink drink in a plastic cup. The background shows a bar area with a TV and patrons, and the restaurant has Mexican-themed decor.

Got the carne assada Lupe's arroz plate, and the carnitas as well, one is big enough for a couple , delicious by the way. Two spicy margaritas, also great!!!! The waitress is very nice and was always at the table at the right time! Definitely a good spot if you are looking for good food at Hampton beach! The latin music makes you feel you are in México, love it!!!

Vampire carne sada tacos - The image shows two tacos with crispy, golden shells filled with seasoned beef, topped with chopped tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Lime wedges are placed beside the tacos for garnish. The tacos are served with a portion of yellow rice and refried beans sprinkled with cheese. The food is presented on a foil-lined surface, highlighting Mexican cuisine elements.

I must say that Jorge makes some great margaritas that taste very well balanced. I usually try a different one every time and I've never been disappointed. Of course, they bring out complimentary chips and salsa which always hits the spot. Boyfriend likes to get a side of queso and some hot sauce too. I typically end up getting the street tacos here. The plate comes with five tortillas topped with your choice of two proteins and a side of both red and green salsa. It took me a little while to figure out the best combination of meat for the tacos. While the birria tastes solid, it causes the tortillas to fall apart easily, so if you want some of that I'd go for the quesabirria tacos. I was getting the carnitas for a while, but it wasn't always the most consistent as some days it didn't taste as good but other days it tasted fantastic. In my opinion, the go to meat combination for the street tacos is the pollo adobo and the al pastor, as they both have flavorful marinades and the meat itself tastes good as well. While I understand that New Hampshire isn't exactly known for having amazing Mexican food, I've found that this place is solid for the area. Fun atmosphere, nice people and generous portions of food that will fill you up.

The decor is kitschy. The windowsill next to me was covered in a diorama of a beach scene. However, the best dives are not much different. There aren't any hot sauces other than the two homemade ones that were run of the mill. I wish they had spicier option! I prefer vinegar-based hot sauces, unlike the house options. Next time I'll BYOHS :-) We tried the famous pupusa. It was actually quite good but soaked in oil. At least 75% of the weight of each pupusa was canola. The sauce was ok. We tried the tacos. They were over generous with the meat. The carnitas meat was a bit dry and not marinated enough. Even when doused with sauce it was a chore to eat. The carne asada flavor was excellent but the meat was rubbery, likely precooked and reheated. The churros were fine, especially for the price. I am giving 4 stars instead of 3 because of the overall experience, wonderful hospitality, and reasonable price. I would return and try some other dishes once they complete the outdoor seating area.
