We waited for about 10 minutes until the nurses took us back into a room to examine my daughters teeth and asked us a few questions. Next, my daughter was escorted out to get ready for anesthesiology. I was taken back to the waiting room. I waited for an hour and a half until they were done. The dentist talked to me and said everything went well and I could pick up daughter in about 20 minutes in the back of the building. 20 minutes passed...I drove around the back and waited for my daughter. She came out with a friendly nurse. She was a bit tipsy but happy to see me. My daughter told me that she wanted to see me back in the recovery room but the nurses wouldn't allow it. She also told me that the anesthesia wore off too early and she could feel everything while they were pulling out her last tooth! She tried to tell them she was in pain and wanted them to stop but they ignored her and pulled anyway. She was in pain. She ended up crying and just wanted to go to bed. Not a good memory. At least she will never have to get it done again. And on another note...they were not fully covered by my insurance. I called them ahead of my daughter's appointment and the receptionist said we were covered, but surprise...we were not. A little too late to change doctors. Ughhhh....

Two days later my day was hospitalized for two months. He passed away during that time. They sent a certified letter wanting money for an half hour ($109) consultation. No appointment was even scheduled to have his teeth removed. When I called they told me that I would need to pay or they would take further matters. I was just calling to telling them why the bill was not payed. Heartless people!! I am sure that $109 will make a big difference in doctors life!!

She gave them her 3 insurance cards and the staff members started laughing at her for the insurance that she gave them and while laughing she said we can't touch you or see you. Very unprofessional, especially when the city is trying to keep everything locally. Sad that a business member of the community treats the citizens this way

When I went into shadow I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour even though they had told me to be there at 8am. The manager wasn't even there yet. When she came out to the lobby to get me she didn't even say "oh I'm sorry I'm late I had something happen." She Just came out to get me and acted like I was a nuisance the whole time. I could tell right off the bat this place was like high school. All the other staff there seemed very tense most of the time and it didn't seem like a good environment. Infection control also seemed to be a big issue that I noticed when I was there.
