I've brought 2 vehicles to them to have service and warranty work done and they damaged both. The service writer refused to accept the Ford CPO warranty, they broke my windshield n after a couple months I had it replaced under my insurance since they couldn't/wouldn't locate one. I brought my new Fusion to them to have my snow tires mounted on an extra set of rims. They damaged the rims, attempted to over charge me and refused to acknowledge the damage they did or make it right. I reported their "god awful" behavior and customer service to Ford Corp. They still haven't reached out to me regarding the complaint. I encourage all who have experienced the same "Lundgren" brand customer service to file a complaint with Ford as well. The Ford customer service line is 1-800-392-3673. Hughes is completely useless. I showed her the damage they had done to my car. She smirked at me n basically told me I'm unreasonable to expect Ford dealerships to accept responsibility for the damage they do or expect them to fix it! I really appreciate the time, consideration and honesty that Lundgren's and their staff provide. I walked in thinking I wanted a Chevy - I was wrong. They suggested the perfect car (Ford Focus) and presented a deal that was in my interest and I couldn't pass up! Everyone took time to greet, talk and answer my questions. I've bought many cars from dealerships and this is the best dealer I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in my Ford. First, they didn't negotiate with me using poor and somewhat dishonest tactics. They were honest, straightforward, professional and had great demeanor. I spent weeks working with them, and then my truck sold to someone else. Within hours, they tracked down another pickup for me. They had a dealer trade worked out and stayed late. I was leaving town and on a tight schedule and they stayed after hours and even came in early (6:30 am) to make sure I was taken care of. Easily the greatest car buying experience I've ever had. Additionally, Mary the Ford Finance and purchasing person, was the most knowledgeable and polite person I have ever worked with. She worked with me, not against me. She presented my options in a fantastic way. I truly enjoyed working with her. Brian and Joel worked amazingly as a team to get me the truck. Terrible. Kept me waiting longer than they should have each time coming in. Never explained to me that the new key they ordered for my car had the chance to not work, then wanted me to pay for it when it wasn't working. Will never come back here again, nor will I recommend.
