What's NOT OK is the reception personnel taking it upon themselves to sign me up for the Prepaid Wax Package for $594 with a credit card I had on file for my regular service, when I SPECIFICALLY asked them to call me to remind about the promo before it expired. Next thing I know I have $148.50 coming out of my account on a regular basis and I NEVER signed up for this!! All because the front reception area personnel was having an internal "contest" to sign up clients around the holidays. Misuse and unauthorized use of customer's credit cards without their consent or a SIGNED contract for services is a NO-NO! Here's where the plot twist becomes a heist movie: being denied the service turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because I then learned the remaining two passes I thought I had? "Expired." Expired. Despite being told otherwise when I bought them. Translation: they charged me for services I could no longer use. Charming. So i called to set up appointment- talked to a female and i said i want the foot massage for $30 for 60 minutes and she said no 60 minutes only 30 minutes for foot massage and for $30 i told her but the website said $30 for 60 minutes. After a few minutes of explaining i just didnt do it. I just Hope they update their website . That looks like for me lying to customers because when you are already at the place most people just go with it and pay.
