The yard was left in perfect shape, and I truly felt the estimate was fair and a great value. They managed to do the estimate and complete the work the very next day, even over a holiday weekend. If my math is correct, that is over a month for a simple tree knockdown, no cleanup. After having to chase them down for the last 20 days, and them saying that they "forgot to schedule us" or would call us back (and did not), we have had to go with a different company. Understandably, there was a heat wave and storm that affected their schedule - not a problem when there is good (or any) communication.
