I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.

It all started with one call after which a free evaluation and estimation was done.This exercise and conversation was very pleasant and many expert thoughts and recommendations were given . 2nd step was to get a 3D visualization prototype done .This went 2-3 rounds and in all of those Steve addressed every minute detail and every needs of us thread bare and he also added his ideas and the end prototype was simply exceeding our expectation. Then it was all about implementation. We had a big party gathering coming up so we conveyed Steve a date before which all work can be done and it was done perfectly well before that .Thanks to Steve's great planning and execution. The whole work was completed with in 4-5 days . During those work days , we had some changes and all were accommodated . Steve was super good in communication and his ideas were top notch .He gave the idea of covering our pergola with transparent roof and it came out really good. Even after all the work and payment is done, few weeks later there were some issues in the roof and Steve resolved it immediately the following day with a quick repair . Overall we were very happy with Steve and His company .His co-workers who did all the work are also very friendly . Would love to recommend and work with him again for any similar needs any time . The cost was affordable compared to many bigger companies and Avelardo really knew what he was doing. He traced the main line from the valve to the source and only dug where he needed. All done in about 2 hours with drying time for the glue in the pvc pipes. Highly recommended. They do prefer text or messages since they might be on the job. Best advice is to stay flexible. Their response and scheduling time fluctuates and they are a small team working across the metro. Took me about 3 days for them to get back to me with intermittent messages and text but it worked out.

They charge $175 per hour and assured me their team works efficiently and doesn't waste time--but that wasn't my experience. In the end, I paid over $350 just to have my front and back lawn cut and some leaves blown, and the quality of work didn't justify the cost. Kids in my neighborhood charge less than $100 and leave it looking better than these guys did. When I raised my concerns, they completely stopped responding. Overall, the service was overpriced and mediocre. They know the work they did does not match what they charged me. And when I said something, they went ghost. No way I'd use them again.
