WOW...I have never had consistency like I've had here. Lunas ALWAYS taste the same...never a hit or miss. No matter what I order...tacos, tortas, burritos, they're always full of flavor and rarely, if ever, have large chunks of fat. It's so hard to find a place that has a good amount of seasoning. Lunas if definitely that truck. Both husband and wife? Are super friendly. The location is easy accessible as well. 1000% recommend!! read more

Food here is delicious! The owner is always so nice and friendly. He will try to have conversation and you can tell he cares a lot about his customers. While we were waiting for our food, he handed us the fresh churros because he said it was better fresh than waiting. Good prices and good food! read more

I have looked for this truck for quite a while and I finally found it. It's in the Lowe's parking lot on trinity park way. This truck has really good food. They make tortillas fresh for tacos and the meat quality is good. The chicken is big chunks of fresh tasting chicken. There's no question that the meat is fresh. You can tell as soon as you see it. The tortillas are soft and fresh as well. There's nothing like a fresh tortilla when eating a taco. It just helps bring all the flavors together. read more

Always good food when I stop at Lunas tacos always order the Asada fries or the burrito really good food quality and flavor check them out you won't be disappointed read more

On a road-trip and needed somewhere to stop off to eat. Plenty of chain restaurants in the area but wanted to support something local - so glad I did! Ordered the Asada Super tacos for $3 each. They were amazing! The guy working the food truck was super nice so I'm happy that I could support. I highly recommend and will definitely be back when I'm passing through! read more

Wow, are we blown away!! We have driven past their Lunch Truck several times in the past few weeks. As of 2/15/2025, It is parked on Thornton (East side) just south of Eight Mile Road starting at Noon until 9pm (I believe daily). Today was our first visit (we saw the reviews were stellar!) and we absolutely love their tacos pollo, both mild & spicy tacos! The owner made our tortillas before our eyes! They were scrumptious! The chicken appears to be white meat, SO fresh and the chunks are so very moist, tender and delicious! Cilantro and onions were divine as was the wedge of fresh lime and slices of radish that accompanied our tacos. We will likely stop by often as we were blown away at how delicious and fresh the food is, and how friendly and courteous the owner is. A great asset to Bear Creek District in Stockton! Missing in my photos are the fresh sliced radishes because I devoured them before taking photos. YUM! read more

Best Tacos in Stockton. Tortillas hechas a mano y la carne muy rica. Buena atención al cliente.

Incredibly kind people, tasty & great food. Nice & simple while still delicious & reasonably priced. I got 2 carne asada tacos & my brother got a burrito, with a lil bag of the spicy veggies. Can't wait to be back! *cash/venmo/cash app only* read more

Great food great service he had best tacos ever! He is quiet and quick to serve. Stop by and enjoy!

Fire. Tried for the first time, we had to come back later on and get more. worth the wait. not that it took too long. It had that genuine flavor. everything thrown on there had good balance. tried their lengua & tripa tacos, & asada torta.. would've believed it was ribeye steak or some haha Handmade tortillas very friendly and definitely our new fave read more

My partner and I tried the asada/chicken tacos and chicken torta and we were amazed definitely recommend giving it a try. The tortillas are freshly made we immediately thought about home (Mexico). Owner was super sweet we loved the service !! read more

Great food, everything is homemade. Price is good. Him and his wife are very friendly. I eat there at least once a week.

Amazing!! Their mild salsa is so delish and flavorful. More important... MORE IMPORTANTLY... the Torta!!! I should have taken a pic but I was way to impatient to try it. Chipotle Mayo, beans, your meat grilled with onions and cheese, and a guacamole dressing! No other place makes it this way! Sadly they have to leave trinity because for whatever reason food trucks are not allowed in our neighborhood. Which breaks my gears because ALL the good food is made in these! But for real, I'm writing this review while I am still eating because yes, it is that good and they deserve it! Also, the owners are super and nice and fun. I love it when you can joke around with people! Don't sit on this food! read more

Delicious food! Victor is very friendly and can whip up delicious food. Our favorite is the nachos with El Pastor!

Review is strictly off of the tacos - too much cinnamon or nutmeg in the flavor of the meat. asada is wayyyyy too chunky not sure if it was even asada or some other random cut of beef. sauces and tortillia was decent read more

My daughter got severe food poisoning from their chicken quesadilla. Shes had diarrhea for 3 days.

My favorite taco truck that I have had in Stockton the pollo is soo goood! Great portions! Great salsa! I like it personally more spicy but the flavors are delicious! Victor is also sooooo nice! read more

This is by far my favorite taco truck. This is the first truck I've come across who actually cooks up zucchini and bell peppers when ordering a veggie burrito/taco. Most trucks just give you the standard burrito minus the meat. They're always very very nice and welcoming. LOVE this place. read more

Would go again!! Fast service for the amount of people they serve which that day was a lot!

Trinity parkway has a taco truck again parked on the backside of the Arco gas station parking lot. The owner was super nice, charged me for a small size of horchata even though it was a large because it was my first time trying their truck. I had pastor tacos, they were full of meat and had good flavor. My gf got an asada supreme burrito and it was also bomb. Check them out. I'll be back for sure. Prices are slightly high for a taco truck but prices of meat have also gone up during the pandemic, so understandable. read more

Not that good.. got two asada burritos and two pastor tacos. One was too mushy and barely had any meat. The other charged $4 extra for meat only. The pastor tacos weren't all that either. I could get them elsewhere that taste better... Don't think I'd buy again with this quality. read more

The food doesn't taste anything like Mexican food. Burrito was over priced for just rice and beans with little to no meat. Their pastor tacos taste bitter, wouldn't recommend coming to this taco truck. read more

Just passed in from Sacramento I'll tell you . Hands down the bomb . The realest thanks again and keep it Fire.

Really great tacos and excellent customer service! Asada was very flavorful and not dry at all like other places. Their pastor again super good, tried both the red and green sauces they were both delicious. Definitely will be coming back soon! read more
