Tony ended up staying open late to perform all of the artwork I was hoping to complete, he turned my 2 hr session into a 6.5 hour accommodation. And the work was exactly what I envisioned to fill in my arm. Tony followed up with me to thank me for coming in and offered condolences over the loss of my parent, this is next level human connection people. In my 30 years of being tattooed, this is what I've learned is value in the experience and in finding the right one to do the work. This is how I responded: "Please call me Andy. Thanks for the steady 6.5 hours of work Tony, you're a beast! I am super happy with the outcome. I appreciate the kind words about my mom, I've unfortunately become accustomed to loss, although that doesn't make it easier when someone we love moves along to the next journey.
