People rearrange their schedules, set aside responsibilities, and make an effort to attend, so the least that should be expected is proper notice (at least a day in advance). When i reached out to Kim, they gave me the runaround, they lied about emailing any and all receipts to me, and even with Anthem Blue Cross reaching out to them to assist me with my claim, Olivia in their office refused an email from Judith Boothe at Anthem to list what is needed and rectify the situation. So now I am fighting to get reimbursed over $1,000 and they simply will not cooperate. This place is a scam and my next step is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

The past few years I was struggling with my weight & having no success even with working out 5-6…read moredays a week & eating a low carb diet & working w a personal trainer. One day I saw a friend post about her weight loss journey/ success. She told me about the "fat loss coach". I was skeptical at first, but desperate. I went to see him & questioned his plan as it was different than what I had been taught to believe. I mean I hadn't eaten more than 1/2 cup of carbs a day in about 10 years & he wanted me to eat them 4 times a day?? Well I put my trust in the process. He set a meal plan for me & 12 week goal. He was absolutely right! I lost 18 pounds in 12 weeks just as he predicted & even more body fat than predicted. Recently people have noticed the transformation & have been asking how I did it. I am so excited about my progress. I am comfortable in my pants again & am looking forward to the next 12 weeks & bathing suit season for a change! Currently regretting not taking a before picture!! i highly recommend the fat loss coach Charles Remington to anyone who is ready & willing to change their mindset. Matter of fact a friend of mine is so impressed she signed up a few weeks ago & already lost 6 pounds!!

I told him how extensive my gut issues were (SIBO and IBS) how I felt incredibly defeated since spending over a year with a coach who was not supportive of me, consistently checking in or adjusting my meal plan/gym routine, or taking into consideration the acuity of my medical symptoms when the majority of it came down to eating and overall wellness. I made the call and the rest has been history. I couldn't lean out for the life of me in order to win a bodybuilding show and was eating the same meals with same macro's despite advocating that I was seeing no progress. Since working with Charles, I started eating twice as much food, every 4 hours, I was doing a fraction of the cardio, he was an expert who tailored everything I touched down to the amount of hydrogen water, as well as gut health recommendations, and everything in between. I was the leanest I had ever been and achieved all of my goals because Charles was guiding my path. Long story short, I won my first bodybuilding show in November 2024 and with all the happy tears, I am both honored and forever grateful that I had Charles by my side. He's unconditionally supportive, detailed, brilliant, sincerely cares and advocates for his clients, maintains a positive and motivating approach and mindset, and is truly Godsent. He is forever stuck with me and is now guiding me through another season of bodybuilding to help me win my pro card. There's no one else I trust with my nutrition and meal plans more than Charles or to be my calm and expert voice of reason throughout this process. Charles, thank you so much for all that you do and for always going above and beyond for all those you work with. I can't ever thank you enough!
