This location is in the Regent Mall food court. 10 Combo meals are offered here, most in the $7-$9 range with HST. The freshly made pasta dishes are very appetizing, though the portions here are modest. On my recent visit, I got the special grilled chicken marinara with vegetables (peppers, tomatoes, onions) over choice of pasta (fettuccine) with a side Greek salad and a medium Diet Pepsi for $7.79 with HST. I watched the pasta dish being made to order through the glass. The grilled chicken pasta was hot and tasty and the Greek salad with feta was fresh. This was a good quick lunch break since I still had some more shopping to do at Wally World. Too bad for me, Mrs. Vanellis is not in the USA.

Extremely overrated and anyone giving a good rating clearly does not know what a restaurant worthy meal looks/tastes like or how the staff should act. Walking in there you can't tell if you're being served by a professional business or a clique of mean girl middle schoolers. Extremely dismissive and just a gossip fest. I don't want to hear the staff diss and rip customers apart and talk shit about their drama. Save it for after work at least. My former workplace also tried to order from here a few times this summer and were treated terribly by Miss Tammy on the phone. Do not recommend in the slightest.

Both ended up coming together half an hour later even though the table that came in 15 minutes after us had gotten theirs before us. We had ordered 12" chicken barbecue nachos, lasagna, donair, and a panini with some garlic fingers. Our nachos has no chicken and was burnt and had also been delivered as a 9". The lasagna was also similar to a microwave meal. Two of us tried the bathroom but they were in a very inconvenient location by the entrance crammed by the desk. They were a mess and covered in urine with feces smeared along the toilet bowls. We spent our whole meal listening to the waitresses at the door chatting about how they had nothing to do and were just standing around. They then carried on to bad talk customers that were out front. We were all feeling uncomfortable and decided to leave and had our foods boxed up for later and instead of scooping the contents nicely into the box she turned the dish of lasagna upside down and smushed it into the box. She folded the garlic fingers into a ball instead of putting them in gently. I enjoy the Northside location so much more than this one. Won't be returning agai.

All I remember from that experience was having some incredibly greasy garlic fingers... Those garlic fingers are still on the menu but they've lightened up on the grease and cheese so it's a lot more pleasant to eat now. It's an interesting place with some unique twists like a "bread bar" where you grill your own bread and add your own butter spead. It's pretty tasty! They seem to be big on donair sauce here so it comes as a dipping sauce for your appies and the donair pizza is quite popular. 3 varieties of pizza crusts from thin to traditional are available. If you're craving pizza, this is a good stop that locals go to. It's not fancy and it's a very family style restaurant, but a nice change from the usual national chains if you're out in the Maritimes.

The food tasted good, but definitely was as expected from a chain. The spices were mild but present, however, nothing stood out as amazing. Their signature chicken parmigiana was very tasty. The place was clean, we were seated within the quoted time, and our waitress was friendly. The "Not-so-good": I can't say that there was anything bad, however, the main dishes were just not hot...they were warm and the mozzarella under the crusty top was not melted. This points to a quick bake. Overall: I had a pleasant experience. I would classify this place as a step below Olive Garden. Would I eat here again? Maybe, but next time I would request the kitchen to run everything through the hot part of the oven.

I wouldn't normally get wings from a pizza place, but sure why not give it a shot. They were ok, would stand with most breaded baked wings, I'm guessing they're not local made but rather frozen item heated up? The garlic fingers were also ok. There's not much to garlic fingers so if you're skimpy on the cheese as these were then you're not going to get rave reviews for that. Need some improvement there. The pizza was great though. Thinner crust and real pieces of bacon, was pleased with the pie. Service was A+, the girl at the counter was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Location is a bit odd, visually outside not really appealing in the dated strip building shared with a plumbing company. Inside the kitchen is open and is very tidy, clean, and organized looking (appealing!). Assuming dine-in isn't their key business I wouldn't expect much, but it's pretty tiny and seems like an after thought.
