11/19/2019 Found this gem about a mile from the hotel. Small inside but clean. They offer enough seating for about 20 dine-in. Fairly busy when I arrived. Super friendly woman taking orders and 2 guys cooking. They offer an open kitchen so you actually can watch them making your pie. Not to familiar with local competition or price but compared to similar mom & pop independent shops back home I'd say price is reasonable. As for the pizza, fresh and quality ingredients with a fantastic flavor! 12" pepperoni, beef and mushrooms was AWESOMELY DELICIOUS! I will return when in town! read more

Really good value- I got the lunch special- Personal pizza with Caesar salad and a drink for $8.95. Seriously? $8.95 is what most places charge for just the salad. Another bonus is the beer is cheap too! I had forgotten how much I like the Montreal style pizza- slightly sweeter crust with the cheese on top. read more

Was the best thing going. Not so much anymore. Depends who's working that day. Got three 1lb donairs all with cheese one with tomato two without lettuce. Got three what I would call medium donairs all with lettuce and nothing else. I should have checked on them when I was in the store but I really have no hope of them caring. They don't say ' let me fix that for you' rather 'what do you want me to do? Should be obvious that people want what they pay for. Went to the donairs because the last time I bought donair pizza they forgot to add any vegetables to the pizza and threw them on after it was cooked. I am not a fan of hot lettuce or scraping the roof of my mouth on an over cooked crust shard. read more

The restaurant is one of the oldest pizza places in town. A small place, the seating makes it seem smaller with large booth seats dominating the space. The staff are all very friendly. Large selection of beer. Coke on tap! The ceased salad is large and delicious. The dressing is full of flavor. The pizza is a thick sweet dough. Toppings are also sliced big and thick. All in all a great time! read more

There's something homey about the service and food is great too. They have lunch specials and will accommodate the most picky eaters. Portions are good. My new office may be right around the corner, which means I better start trying their salads! read more

I personally have been going to Luna Pizza since they opened some 35 years ago or so. I remember back in the day when there were just Pizza Delight and Greco Donair around and that was pretty much your choices for pizza. When Luna Pizza opened up originally on Dundonald Street, they were an instant hit. I am here today to tell all of you that the quality of the food and service has remained way above average through all of these years. After they moved from their Dundonald Street location to the current York Street location, the move seemed flawless as they still offer inside or outside dining, and full menu options. The portions are still very good, and when they say "large".....it's always pretty large. Very friendly staff serving authentic homemade pizzas and almost world famous caesar salad with everything reasonably priced......what can I say.......the place is still fantastic! read more

Love it here, amazing salad, amazing pizza. The lunch specials are my go to, but check out their website for their week night ones too. My only complaint is it gets cold in the dining room in the winter, make sure you try and sit near the back if you can. read more

Ordered two medium pizzas delivered at 9:30 pm. One just pepperoni and the other with pep, mushroom, green pepper. Cost over $41.40 plus tip which is high in my opinion. Half of one pizza was squished up on side of box as if it was sitting on its side the whole drive over. Delivery guy seemed really nice so didn't bother complaining. All in all both pizzas were terrible so it wasn't a delivery only problem. Whole family was disappointed including the kids. We will remember the place and never order there again on our way to visit family. There must be better pizza in Fredericton. Good luck. :) read more

Not good. I ordered a personal-size thin crust pizza with a few toppings for takeout. Ran to $12(!) and either the thin crust request got lost (bad) or this is their idea of thin crust (worse) but in any case it was just the usual mushy cheese and crust and not very good toppings pizza that can be had at any lousy pizza place. One of the fellows from the business I am working at this week, recommended this little gem to me as the place for Pizza in Fredericton. He also recommended the house Caesar Salad. Parking is quite limited but after driving around it a couple of times, I discovered that there was a designated parking area directly behind the place. From the back side, you can go into the take out area or make a short walk to the front entrance. I chose the latter as I was eating in. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady who was very attentive. I wound up ordering the 9" Margharita Pizza and a junior Caesar Salad. The salad came out first and I was really blown away at the flavor of the dressing. I discovered that it was made in-house. One recommendation would be to cut up the romaine lettuce just a bit more for presentation. The pizza came out piping hot and I found it to be very tasty and satisfying. I hear the Meatballs are really good here. I will try them on my next trip to town. read more

One of the best pizza's in New Brunswick. A must have with the Oven baked style crust. So good!!! My only complaint is the restaurant is outdated and dirty, fruit flies galore everywhere, floors were greasy and the bathrooms were disgusting. It's a shame a place that puts out great food like this is not well kept and this alone will stop me from eating in again, however I would still get take out! Staff were very rude over the phone. Didn't even get the pizza. Was trying to support a local business over a chain, my advice is to go with any chain restauants over them. Extremely dissatisfied with Luna pizza! read more

I absolutely love Luna's Pizza! I used to come here all the time when I lived in Fredericton. It's one of the things I miss most about living there. Their garlic fingers, in my opinion, were the best in town. The donairs were excellent and the pizzas were always huge! I found their prices to be very reasonable and they always had a lot of good specials if you went during lunchtime. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here as well. It was very cozy and comforting, especially on cold and rainy days (which there are a lot of in Fredericton). I'm not sure when I'll be back in Fredericton, but I do know that Luna's will be the first place I'll go! read more
