In September of 2025 I fell and broke and dislocated my shoulder and right arm . My surgeon didn't feel like they could do the surgery without me having to have several to repair it so they opted for a shoulder replacement . They put me in touch with Luna and Denver to where I was truly blessed by young lady named Kaitlyn. Don't get me wrong because Physical Therapy was really tough . Kaitlyn was very professional , friendly, and knowledgeable in exactly what I needed . She knew when I couldn't push further and she knew when I could and she pushed me . My therapist was excellent but this business is shady. They never sent me a bill, just a "past due" statement after many weeks, with no details that I could compare to the treatment I actually received. You cannot pay online, you have to call, and you'll wait on hold for 20 minutes before finally pressing 1 to get a callback. At first I gave Luna the benefit of the doubt and figured they are just badly managed, but after consistently terrible treatment, I believe they are not trustworthy. read more

This was a terrible experience for me. The therapist who came to my home was dismissive and argumentative. He repeatedly assigned balance exercises that I knew were not safe for me. I requested a different therapist and was put on an endless wait list. I was repeatedly told that no therapists were available, although I live in a large suburban area. Today I received a text saying that I have been removed "from the Luna broadcast list for now" and telling me to check back in a month to see if any therapists are available in my location. I need an experienced physical therapist that I can count on to help me improve my balance. I do not recommend Luna Physical Therapy under any circumstance. read more

This is some sort of a scam referral list where they put you on a wait list, weeks go by and you're not getting any treatment, and you call back and they have no one for you but offer to put you back on the "wait list". They are unable to schedule anything for your treatment at all! I am surprised my doctor referred me here. read more

I started Luna Physical Therapy on Tuesday, August 26th. I'm so glad I decided to outsource my PT this go around with sciatica. My visits are regular and consistent. Bonus-my therapist comes to my house so I don't have to stress about transportation! He's always on time and takes time with me, talking about how I'm feeling, what is my pain level, what's helping, what's not. My therapist is a good listener and explains exercises and stretching so that I understand. Billing is prompt (same day as visit) and reasonable. I highly recommend Luna PT. I've had a great experience. Most important, I'm improving! read more

I have been a Luna patient for a couple years. I opened a new case recently but had to cancel today due to being sick. Luna charged me $90 for a late cancellation. I could not have predicted I would be throwing up 24 hrs in advance. If a therapist cancels on you there is no similar compensation. This is not even a human policy. I doubt the therapist would appreciate having me keep the appointment. Horrible experience for a healthcare provider. read more

Be aware! Their communication lacks full transparancy around costs. If you are paying our of pocket and not billing insurance the cost is $125, but if you are still paying full cost and they are sharing this with your insurance, then it can be anywhere from $198 to $237, as it changes (based on if the PT educated you on an exericse or demonstrated an exercise). I found out the hard way when I was billed different amounts for three sessions. I am paying full price and my insurance is not covering any costs (I am not paying a copay, but paying toward my deductible) and since I was recommended to Luna by Kaiser, I gave them my policiy number. BIG MISTAKE. Instead of paying the $125 for out of pocket price, I am paying almost double that per session so that they can share this with my insurance company and it goes towards my high deductible. I wish there was more clarification on this, because I can't reverse it. Had I known, I would much rather have paid $125 per session rather than somewhere between $198-237 (or more) a session for 30-32 sessions to meet my deductible of $6500, when I could get a decent 20 sessions for $2,500 or 30 for $3750. You'd think when you don't have to pay for a building or staff to operate, it would be less cost. "The convieence of your own home" is pricey my friends. Disappointing. I want people to be aware of the trickery that I went through and to save your money if you aren't near meeting your deductible and insurance doesn't cover. read more

The billing department at Luna Therapy in Littleton is truly disappointing. They are smug, rude, and unwilling to work with you to resolve issues. Thankfully, my insurance company stepped in and corrected their mistakes, which says a lot when your insurance ends up being more helpful than the provider's billing team. That said, my physical therapist was wonderful--kind, supportive, and effective. It's unfortunate that the company's poor billing practices overshadow the excellent care from their therapists. read more

I would caution others to carefully consider using this company for home physical therapy. I had home PT arranged for the total knee replacement that I had scheduled and confirmed with Luna the day before my surgery. I was told I would be matched with a therapist for Saturday or Sunday, but when I called Friday evening, I was informed that no therapist had been assigned. I was also told there was no guarantee that therapy would be available over the weekend, which contradicted what I had been told earlier. By the following Wednesday, nearly a week after my surgery, I still had not been connected with a therapist. The only communication I received were automated text messages asking if I was still interested. Thankfully, my surgery center had provided me exercises to complete at home, and another company was able to begin sooner. Early PT is critical after this type of procedure, and it was concerning that Luna accepted my referral without the staff to support it. Based on my experience, I felt that my recovery needs were not prioritized. read more

Physical Therapist was pretty good. Communication from the office was HORRIBLE! A month and a half after start of PT I saw ACH's from my bank account. I have not received any invoices, nor did I give permission to charge my bank account. Debit was given as a guarantee and Luna used it to bill me. On top of that, it comes out that Luna is not in my network, and I live on social security, so I need to be very careful. I called Luna, and their excuse was that they had wrong email on file. Per Luna, they tried to call me and I did not answer. Thant is a ridiculous story - I answer all calls, unless they are spam. Luna never left me a message. Anyway, I have 2 weeks left of PT and I had to cancel because my insurance is not paying for it. read more

I think Luna is actually a SCAM - if I could have given a NEGATIVE five review, I would have. Luna was in-network with my insurance company and I received an email from Luna that I would be charged a $0 co-pay. Despite this, after one session they charged my credit card $250. I talked to the Luna representative (after waiting on the customer service line for 40 minutes) and she offered no solutions. I have received PT with other in-network providers and NEVER had this issue before. They billed my insurance company over $500 for one session - this is theft! - from the therapists they employ that make a measly percentage of this and to taxpayers that end up paying the price for health care companies profits! I should have known when the calls from their scheduler was filtered as a spam call and the scheduler asked me for my credit card number before they even scheduled my first appointment. For the one session I had, the therapist was frazzled and unprofessional. I have contacted the orthopedic practice that referred them to share this feedback so that future patients don't have the same experiences. Awful company! read more

Kaitlin provided my in-home physical therapy after knee replacement surgery. I was a little apprehensive, as I had seen a friend receive very poor in-home PT, but my experience with Kaitlin was outstanding! Kaitlin is professional and personable--not an easy accomplishment. Therapy sessions were challenging, and used a wide variety of exercises, so I was never bored. She kept me motivated. I was astonished at how much progress I made in a short time. I also appreciated that she communicated with me if she was going to be even a few minutes late for an appointment. I truly cannot imagine how my experience with Kaitlin could have been any better. read more

I downloaded the app and successfully created an account. an appointment was scheduled and to confirm, I called the number to be sure I was scheduled. Two hours later, I receive a call, text and email stating the appointment was cancelled. The therapist can cancel the appointment and give the patient no notice or reason or make sure the patient is covered. if there are no therapists available in my area, why confirm and then cancel the appointment. FRUSTRATING!!!! and no consideration for the patient. read more

I am so very grateful for the in-home care I received from my PT John - pre & post rotator cuff surgery. My procedure was fairly complicated & I am so happy to report -- at my 6 month 'anniversary' -- how extraordinarily pleased I am with my own progress. I deeply credit my surgeon, but have to give the majority of this successful recovery to John - he was immensely professional, considerate & caring throughout the entire journey. Luna Physical Therapy has been the answer to my prayers. My car was smashed by a careless driver the day before my scheduled 5am knee replacement surgery. I'd been looking for home PT in Denver after surgery because I had no reliable transportation to a clinic, but none of the clinics that took my insurance (Humana - not an off-brand) offered transportation. The one clinic that offered home health PT visits was out of network with my insurance and one never knows what the final charge will be in that case. I found Luna, called and found that my insurance is accepted and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. My therapist, Glenn, has been wonderful and I'm making good progress. I will recommend Luna without reservations to anyone looking for home health PT. read more

Luna provides the best physical therapy I've ever had! I am an experienced rehabbed-this is my 5th joint replacement. I've been amazed at how quickly I've progressed, and how enjoyable every appointment is. I like Michele R as a therapist and a person, and I feel that she pulls the very best out of me during our workouts. Having an in-home therapist is crucial too. I've always traveled to PT and it's very difficult post-op. Luna meets me at my home, and she brings what we need with her. I cannot say enough good things about Luna and Michelle, and I've already recommended a friend who's getting a new knee next month. My healing is progressing at a rate that surprises me! read more
