Based on that information, I reasonably believed I was purchasing a service that would be honored as advertised. When I called to ask questions and schedule, Dr. Warner was immediately dismissive and combative. Instead of calmly explaining the service, he invalidated my concerns, spoke down to me, and repeatedly implied that I was at fault for "not knowing" what the Groupon was supposedly intended for. He stated it was "only for cancer," despite that limitation not being clearly disclosed in the Groupon description. What was most unsettling was the tone -- angry, defensive, and demeaning. I was made to feel foolish for trusting the written advertisement and blamed for not using the Groupon sooner, even though no urgency or restriction was clearly communicated at the time of purchase. At no point did he take responsibility for how the offer was presented or acknowledge the confusion caused by his own listing. After this interaction, I looked through other reviews and saw a long-standing pattern of similar complaints involving Groupon purchases and hostile responses when customers try to use them. That consistency made my experience feel less like a misunderstanding and more like a recurring issue. If you choose to advertise services through Groupon, you should expect people to rely on what is written there -- and you should treat them with basic respect when they call. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or avoid this office altogether.
