Located in a strip mall off Potranco, parking was super easy.. especially for a 7am appointment lol Office was clean and modern...practice has been around for 5 years. The entire staff was fabulous! Tori was my hygienist and she was awesome. Kind, patient, caring, empathetic... she truly cared and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and always inquired if I had any questions or to let her know if I was uncomfortable. Bite x-rays were taken with a handheld x- ray gun and cleaning started with a sonic water machine, prior to manual cleaning with instruments. Love how technology has really stepped up these past few years. Met Dr. Brandon for my teeth exam. Very nice and professional. All these years of never having any dental issues or cavities... I succumbed to my first issue. After careful examination, a crack in one of my molars was diagnosed. A two appointment process was scheduled for application of a temporary crown , then three weeks after the final permanent crown. Crowns made are outsourced. Received my estimate at the front desk and all future appointments were made. Not looking forward to a crown, but I feel confident this experience is going to be ok. And received a little baggy containing a free toothbrush, and sample toothpaste with floss. Yay!!! My last dentist didn't offer that at all. Story to be continued......

This issue was discovered by me rather than proactively identified by the office despite months of waiting for care. I also had concerns regarding the professionalism of front office staff. During a scheduling call, I found the interaction dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. When I requested management involvement, I was told management would review the matter, but I never received the callback I requested. Instead of communicating directly with me regarding my concerns, information about the situation was reportedly discussed with my case manager. This has raised serious questions for me about communication practices, patient respect, and whether discussions about my complaint were necessary and appropriate. My concerns include delays in care, poor communication, failure to return management calls, referral coordination issues, and lack of transparency regarding requests for records and information. Patients deserve professionalism, accountability, and direct communication when concerns are raised.

One, they don't use a different polish on veneers than on regular teeth (which my previous dentist did). Two, the tech who worked on my teeth was rough, especially on the gum line around my veneer. And three, while the office design was nice, the technology they used for the cleaning was a bit old-school (dated). I'm just used to a practice that uses newer forms of cleaning and polishing procedure. As I was private pay, the total was $250+, which is highway robbery for a simple cleaning. I go every few months, so my teeth are almost always never a problem. I was in and out in 30-40 minutes. The cost didn't come anywhere near equating to the experience.
