To say these people and dentist thatvwirk here are kind and generous would be a farce. My initial…read morevisit was for a cleaning of my teeth and dental visit for my two front teeth. The technician that cleaned my teeth was wonderful. Told her what I was there for and she said "look around with several dentists." I should have listened to her advice. When I saw him he didn't even ask me what my concerns were. He just sat down took a look and started counting teeth and aid this this and this is what I can do for you. When I said I only want my front teeth done first and told him what I wanted he said he would work with me. I paidmy $100. Gave them my insurance card. Bookkeeper said they will bill it and see what they pay. When I went back for follow up he said $3500-5000 to do the work depending on what we find when we start. I went to my appointment and he said we are doing posts and then a mold then false temporary teeth till your molds come back then we can send to lab to have them fit them and choose color. I said no all I want is front two done. I can't afford $5000. He said no I will do all four at one time. He called in his bookkeeper and we agreed on a price of $3500. We agreed. He numbed me up. He started drilling and instead of posts he ended up doing a prep for caps. I went to bathroom and I had tiny little bits of teeth left. I asked him why he change to this and said that's what we agreed on. I said no I wanted metal posts into my bone. He said "Well that's not what we talked about." Then his assistant was new and she made temporary teeth that felt like chalk and were crumbling even before I left the office. I said the left tooth is facing forward on the tip. Fix it. He said cell fix it when your next apportioned. I left and paid $2000 down off my $3500. He said that's dust it'll be ok. They took molds of those fake teeth and said to come back for them in two weeks. Then take them to lab and another two weeks bfr I got them back. This was during Mothers Day. They were so thick when fitted it was ridiculous. And they looked huge like buck teeth. I ltook them back to lab for sizing. Picked them up again and went to Dr Ruiz a week later. Asked if we could fit them. There was a lot of chizzling to size but still big. Tech said if I were you I wouldn't bite or pull anything with your front teeth. I asked to see X-rays and Dr Ruiz walked in and said all is good. Looks great etc. Then I turned around and the tech was fitting me for the zoom mold of my other teeth. The machine didn't finish the time on the third setting. It only took 3 min and it turned off. He changed bulbs several times to no avail. He said come back in two weeks and we will redo it. I don't know why it turned off. I paid When I went back he had his bookkeeper give me my molds and an opened box of zoom that had one Tube in it. I complained and she came back with a numbing Tube for pain. I paid $2500 which included $500 for the zoom. All of my visits were paid by American AR press for 100% of what I was charged. Now they sent a bill to collections without even sending me notice of what it was for it calling be about a balance. Since this they had there new scheduler call to have me come in for follow up. This was a complete sham.
