In appreciation for my referral, they refused to offer me a price adjustment to match what she paid or even additional sessions. Despite following all instructions, I saw limited results. Management only offered one extra session & refused to do more, even though I hadn't achieved the promised outcome. On top of that, their "lifetime guarantee" was misleading. I thought it meant they'd treat me fully before moving to discounted touch-ups. Instead, they told me I'd have to pay more even though my original results weren't complete. And now their touch-up prices have increased significantly, making it impractical. This review is not a reflection on the technicians - they were kind, professional, & clearly just doing their jobs. My issue is entirely with management & corporate practices, which I found misleading & unethical. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I went in person to change the time, and they told me it could be scheduled for any day. On the day of my appointment (Thursday), they charged me for a consultation, even though I had already reserved the exact service I needed. Then they told me that to keep the promotional price, I had to come back on a Friday. When I tried to reschedule again, they demanded that I prepay half of the cost, ignoring the fact that my boyfriend had already left a deposit. Due to the ongoing miscommunication and the rude, unhelpful attitude from the staff, I decided not to proceed with the treatment. After I posted my review, the doctor called me a liar, when in reality the issue has been the staff's poor communication and management. My question is: why are they refusing to refund the deposit to my boyfriend if I never received the service and even paid for a consultation? This seems completely unfair and incorrect.
