I had such a great experience with LuminX! Many years ago, I had my teeth whitened at the dentist using Zoom or something similar. It was the most pain I've ever experienced and I've given birth twice. For three days, even just air hitting my teeth would feel like a root canal. It was awful. Over the years I've tried Crest Strips, I've tried the LED teeth whitening kits bought from Instagram ads and nothing really worked. I was nervous to try a professional service because of my previous experience with Zoom. I was so surprised how comfortable the experience was! LuminX was not painful at all. There was no discomfort other than the fact that my mouth was being held open by inserts. Near the end of the session, I started to feel some sensitivity and we wound up not going the entire 60 minutes just to be safe. I was hyper-cautious and probably could have rounded out the whole hour but I wanted to be safe. Even with less than 60 minutes, my already white teeth came up 6 shades! Erin was wonderful, she even had a great eye for keeping my teeth a natural shade of very white instead of going "celebrity white" as she called it. I was able to schedule with Erin last minute for a 1-hour session in LA. This was my first time getting my teeth whitened so I had the usual questions/concerns & she was incredibly informative and walked me through the process. I went from a 12 to a 6 in an hour and plan to go back in a few months to get down to a 2 (over 1-hour is not recommended due to sensitivity). It was pretty painless and my teeth were only slightly sensitive for less than 24 hour (I generally don't have sensitive teeth to begin with). You'll go through three 20-minute intervals and see progress after each one. She'll also take a before and after pic for your reference.
