We had to follow-up with her multiple times with friendly reminders that required anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks for her to reply. We ended our relationship with Home on Cameron after the design phase. When we did, she deflected our dissatisfaction with her work by saying it's okay that we don't have the budget for her. Which, is just an unnecessary passive-aggressive way to respond to criticism. Especially when we ended up paying $5k for what amounted to some floor plan sketches, which we paid without dispute and on-time. Anyways, we ended up getting another designer that has been great with follow-up and set up a clear project plan with timelines and ways to communicate our needs proactively on both sides. Would not recommend for future projects and I can provide the other designer that knows a ton about rowhouses and is great to work with.

At first we were thinking of not having a DJ and just using my MacBook Pro for music. However, due to the suggestion from the venue staff at Brookside Gardens to ensure good audio especially with our plans to be outside (though we ended up indoors due to the near freezing temperatures) we started interviewing DJs both from the venue's recommendations and on WeddingWire to see all they had to offer. We found Hercules Entertainment on WeddingWire and got to meet with Will on Zoom who showed us a presentation of all Hercules Entertainment had to offer. We chose Hercules not only because the prices were a good deal for great experience and enthusiasm, but also since in the uncertainty of COVID and the Omicron Variant, they would livestream our event for only a couple hundred dollars more. From the keyboard we rented from them for our aunt to play, to the excellent audio and amplification for the ceremony and reception, to the high quality live-streaming, to the DJing, to the MCing, everything made our day go even better than we could imagine. The livestream remains online and we are able to relive that day with it until our videography is ready. Dozens of friends, coworkers, and family who could not attend in person enjoyed watching the livestream which was of excellent quality. All 56 of us guests attending in person stayed for the reception and loved Will as a DJ and his wife who played numerous favorites including The Horah, The Humpty Dance, Cha Cha Slide, and my wife's favorite, Taylor Swift, who's hit Lover was featured during our first dance and Shake It Off during the bouquet toss. We totally recommend Will and Hercules Entertainment for your big event anywhere in the DC Metro Area.

They only had one other review- 5 stars and too specifically detailed to be fake- raving about them so we took a chance. They had exactly what we needed and were able to deliver to our venue on a Sunday evening. Carlyle was a pleasure to deal with, prices were great, quality of the tables and chairs were great, and best of all he was so reliable. He arrived a bit before our contracted time, moved the tables and chairs into the event room, and arrived precisely on time to collect everything at the end. He was professional and polite and we absolutely recommend his company and will absolutely hire him again!!!

My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.
