They apparently are no longer located at this site; in fact, they only provide mobile detailing. They also don't tell you that they will basically only provide services to you if you are located at a house (rather than an apartment complex) because you have to provide them access to water and electricity.. which is not always possible at an apartment. Their website allowed me to make an appoint and they sent me confirmation of my appointment. The appointment comes around and they no show. I call the number which seems to be someones personal cell phone. They answered and sounded like they just woke up. She proceeds to tell me that they aren't even open and it shouldn't have let me make an appointment. She also decides then would be a good time to tell me they won't even do the appointment without access to electricity. No apologies, nothing.

Roderick was responsive and answered all questions. I called him and told him what I was looking for tint wise. He texted over different options, price points, and a description of the different types of tint. I let him know what I wanted and he scheduled me for a couple weeks out but said he'd let me know if any cancellations came up. One actually came up a few days later and he got me in. I dropped the car off at his place and left. He let me know when there was an hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes left on the job and when he was done. Overall, it took ~3.5 hrs to get all windows and the back tinted on my SUV. Reasonably priced and very professional which was honestly a breath of fresh air. I'd definitely go back for any tinting I'd need in the future.

WARNING....PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF U NEED COLLISION REPAIR...... Over the years , I…read moredealt with several collision shops in the past due to accidents, and this one was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a span of over 30 years of accidents, and this was the only total nightmare imaginable. First off, the initial estimate was much higher than the 4 other estimates I received from reputable nationwide collision shops. However, since the accident was caused by a party that had already used them and because they initially told me it would be done within a month, I decided to give them a chance to fix it. What a mistake I would forever regret. After the month passed, I called weekly to check on the status; the answer was always, We're almost done; it will be ready next week. This went on for 4 weeks straight. It was nearly 2months before I received my car.90% of that time, they did not answer the phone, and even when I would go up there ,the owner himself would pretend like he knew nothing about the status ,not accepting responsibility as he knew nothing about what was going on at his business, continuously telling me to talk to another person,as if he was just one of the workers...When I finally got ahold of the person and was told the car was ready, it was incomplete, even though they had agreed to charge the amount the insurance adjuster had recommended. Instead, they said they would fix it for the amount the insurance company agreed to; they only fixed what they wanted to, not telling me anything. Therefore, when I went to pick up the car, there was a lot of damage, and what they promised to fix wasn't even touched. When I told them about it at the time, they started giving a list of things that caused changes to the amount they agreed to repair it for, not even letting me or the insurance company know that they weren't going to fix everything. I gave them a check for nearly 11k that the insurance company paid to have it all repaired, and they refused to fix the car back to its condition before the accident. I still have nearly $ 1,000 in damages they refused to repair. Instead of them fixing the car to align with the price the insurance adjuster said . They fixed part of it to cut costs and still get the check. They don't care anything about customers, only the check they are getting from the insurance company. They will cut corners repairing your car but charge your insurance as if it was completed. Beware, please, please avoid taking your vehicle here; otherwise, you will likely end up wasting a lot of time in a court battle with them, as I plan to. If I can help at least 1 person avoid what I went through, I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

I brought my trailer to Custom Spring & Trailer Repair at 2859 Farrisview Rd. in Memphis, TN, and I…read morecouldn't have been more impressed with Roger, his son, and everyone at the shop. My trailer had torsion axles, and Roger inspected them and told me honestly that one of the axles needed to be replaced because the threads were stripped. He explained that repairing it would be a liability, and rather than just taking my money, he gave me the tools and everything I needed to make the repair myself. The replacement axle would have taken about six weeks to get. I repaired it, but unfortunately the threads still wouldn't hold the proper torque. I ended up having another company weld the nut to the axle. I got about 10 minutes down the road before the other axle blew out the bearings. I immediately went back to Roger. It was Labor Day weekend and they were getting ready to close, but Roger again was honest that he couldn't repair that axle either. Instead of leaving me stranded, he recommended another shop and even made the axles for them to install. Unfortunately, that shop couldn't do the job Saturday morning because they didn't have a certified welder. I went back to Roger on Tuesday after the holiday, and just like he told me, they had me back on the road in about 5-6 hours. That's the kind of service you don't see every day. Roger and his son are honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about helping people. Roger could have easily tried to take on work that he knew wasn't right, but instead he told me the truth and helped me find a solution. I would highly recommend Custom Spring & Trailer Repair to anyone who needs trailer repairs or axle work. Roger knows his business, and I was also told that he makes axles for trailer shops throughout Western Tennessee and Eastern Arkansas -- which says a lot about the quality and experience behind his work. Thank you, Roger, your son, and everyone at Custom Spring & Trailer Repair for taking care of me and getting me back on the road! If you need trailer or axle work in the Memphis area, definitely give them a chance.
