They were pleasent, trustworthy & through and performed every honey do list item & clean the house, organized & cleaned filthy carpets! They Lysoled everything down. List: Clean & straighten garage Clean backyard Haul off two or three truckloads junk Change dryer timer switch Hang curtain rods Clean & organize pantry Clean oven & refrigerator Clean 4 bedroom, 3 bath house Four room carpet cleaning And they surprised me with setting up the outside Christmas decorations! I called about 3 weeks ago to get an estimate on a few things I needed done at our house and was told by kristy she would give me a call back after she spoke with her husband, who was traveling. Apparently he was the one to give quotes. She also quoted me around $25 for cleaning the upholstery on my sofa, which was a steal. So I never heard back from her for the quotes of all the other stuff but didn't think anything of it. I called back about 2 weeks later to schedule the upholstery cleaning before today (the 9th) since we're having guests over tonight. She picked up while driving, gave the phone to her sister, got all my information down and scheduled me for Friday the 8th at 6pm. That's fine I was just happy to get it in in time. She also let me know that they had a $35 minimum to come out to a job and I said that's fine I'll pay you $35. Come Friday the 8th 610 pm and there's no one here. So I called and left a voicemail and didn't hear back. I decided to text the number and heard back from kristy that her husband was in traffic. That's fine I knew Friday at that time was chaos so I said no problem. You can see all this in the text conversation I'm posting with my review. Out of nowhere 20 minutes later I get a call saying that his tire blew out and he's at the exit on i25 and Paseo (a few exits before ours). She said she was on her way to help him and that they had called AAA and would come as soon as they could. Ok fine, shit happens so I'm not going to bitch about it, it wasn't his fault. I even offered to go and help them, knowing it's cold and dark out and traffic at a busy exit. She said AAA would be there soon and thanked me. She texted about 20 minutes later and asked if her husband could come tomorrow (this morning) between 9:30-10am instead and I figured, you know what they're tired, they've had a shitty night, sure no prob, it's early enough that it'll dry in time and I can still get things done for the party. I was BEYOND understanding. Well here we are 1055am the next day and their phone is off, going to voicemail, and texts are delivering as "green" text messages instead of iMessage. I'm not sure the purpose of stringing people along when there's no benefit to you, it's not like you have my credit card info or anything. But you have my address and that scares the life out of me, because I don't know who you people are or what you're attempting to do. This is sketchy beyond measure and I have much better things to do with my time than to wait for you...twice. I'm livid and am advising the yelp community to stay far away.

    First time ordering paint on homedepot.com and experience that the color was chosen for me. After…read moresampling on the side of my house, turns out the color was not what I expected it to be. I came to the Albuquerque Home Depot on Eubank and Luis was the one who I came into contact with. He was thorough about what had occurred and what had happened he explained to me that online sometimes does things differently. I drove 2 1/2 hours which is the nearest Home Depot and instead of turning me away and having me come back on a Monday he resolved my issue with the right color that I wanted. This is the service I expect from Home Depot as a pro member. Thank you very much Luis for hearing me out and understanding that again I did not choose that color because I would not be wasting my time or yours. Way too dark, especially in the summer, which will absorb the heat. When you shop at this Home Depot store and you're in the paint department look for Luis and ask for him by name he'll get you squared away and you'll feel like he was listening as he's doing his job. Thank you Then it went south for a second and Susan at customer service helped Luis fix the problem because now the refund went to the card and it takes 3-10 days. Susan worked her magic and undid what had occurred. Susan You saved me from having to return 2.5 hours and I sincerely appreciate your service!

The rental department needs extra help and the workers did their best with customers. Returning the equipment took longer as the staff had issues with the jack and he was the only one on duty.
