As a longtime consumer who has shopped at places in several legal states, this is my favorite place. The quality is top notch. I purchased my fav strain Jenny kush. Excellent. Went several times to this location trying different items & was extremely happy with the products. To add to that the prices are phenomenal. Ive not seen better and fairer prices. They also added deals that made the prices even better. Honestly in my opinion this place is doing everything right. Lastly something Ive never seen. Nitrogen packing. One of my pet peeves is dry product. I got a Jenny kush from Lume that was a few months old in terms of final package date. I peeled back the nitrogen seal & my product was perfect in condition. The new reward changes have list you at least two customers between my husband(who spends quite a bit) and I. I need to spend at least $750 annually for my birthday reward, so fuck people whose birthdays are at the beginning of the year right? Cause there's no way in hell I can spend that much in 20 days. Such bullshit tbh i'd rather go to dunegrass and get my friends and family or to tc since I work in tc so its not out of my way. I used to really like you guys till now. Last few times I was in there and couple times before I was told I can save my points. Now I get $10 for the $60 worth of product I got before. Not. I won't be back. Dunegrass is just down the road and traverse city has much better deals anyway. read more

I was in need of good medicine and was in pain so I decided to try out lume for the 1st time . Now let me remind you that I am the most nicest person you'll ever meet . I'm respectful and very caring. Well I get there and 1st thing i notice is no one seems happy like most all other dispensaries I go to . The vibe is off !! So then a budtender helps me . He's nice but the way they show the herbs is horrible . You cannot smell them at all !! They have the bud in a sealed magnifying jar . So any bud would look frosty in it . I ended up picking the runtz because I love real runtz . Well this wasn't real runtz at all. Now here is the best part . The cashier is a rude nerdy looking guy . If you get him just know your talking to a evil hearted cashier . Very rude with his words and his facial expressions would anyone cringe . If I were YOU I would never go to lume. The whole experience was the worst I've ever had to endure . Very sad too . Who ever is running that place is doing a horrible job . Even the layout is horrible.
