Now calls themselves Lumberjack Demolition. Tried them for the first time for a kitchen remodel. Came in with himself and four workers. Only two were worth their weight. The owner, Forrest, knows nothing about residential demolition. He has watched too many HGTV shows. He personally cut 4 separate live circuits with reciprocating saw and 4 low voltage lines. Took me two days to run new wire and open up the walls to access. His worker dripped oil from his vehicle in customers driveway. Owner left a playground slide from another job in customers driveway behind her vehicle and she had to drag it out of the way in the morning. He showed up with a 3/4 full dump truck and had to leave to dump and make room for my demo material. Showed up without tape and plastic, no fans, no gloves or masks for his workers. As the GC, I had to provide all this including trash cans to carry material out. He even took my one trash cans to his other job the next day and had to return it. Thought he was going to make $2k in one day (charged me $3k). I should have charged back $750!for all the electrical nightmare he created. I took him aside. Praise publicly but correct bad behavior in private. Told him to get his shit together. He pouted afterwards. Very unprofessional! Do not use this company unless it is outside and you don't care about damages. Never let him in a house! read more

Terrific service and I highly recommend them. I submitted a request on Angie's List, and the site submitted the request to five service providers. Lumberjack Hauling was one of those five. I got a phone call from them within 20 minutes of submitting the request, and he offered to come pick up my junk the same day. It was $100 for two mattresses and a boxspring, which I think was pretty reasonable. He is a also a good communicator, which I definitely appreciated. He came with a truck large enough to haul everything. He's a big, muscular guy so he was able to move the junk without a problem. All in all, fast, reliable and fairly priced. read more
