Scam artist. I sent her detailed pictures of my place, and she gave me a quote. I didn't haggle, I agreed to the price she gave me. I booked a week in advance as I had a tight window to get the place cleaned, while airing it out before and after her visit for everyone's covid safety. When she showed up, and said she'd turn around and leave unless I paid her extra. I didn't have much choice, as an AirBNB host who had to have the place cleaned on a deadline, so I paid her the extra.
