This was my second time using Lulu's Cleaning. We had a full move out on a rental so it was a great opportunity to clean the house top to bottom instead of just a few vacated rooms. A crew of three was assigned showed up on time and worked efficiently. Bathrooms, windows blinds and the whole kitchen looked like a new place just like when we bought it read more

Great service and friendly happy with the results of clean thank you would recommend for others

I did a job search on Yelp and was reached out to by Lulu. Some other cleaning services were overly pushy, but I liked how Lulu was friendly and responsive. Her and her husband came out to offer a quote unlike other services who had not seen the home and provided a quote. I like how the services were customizable as well. I asked for a move out cleaning service and noticed some missing areas, but Lulu made sure to send her team out the next day to go over anything missed. Thank you again for your services! read more

I had used LuLu's Cleaning Service for about a year. I called and LuLu and Tony came out to assess the service I was going to need. They did an inspection and gave me an estimate and we set up a bi-weekly schedule. The initial price was set and the schedule set for what was to be done at each visit. I was very pleased with the way the ladies worked their way through the house. They started in the back and worked their way up to the front. I have a 3bdrm and 2 bath, hallway, kitchen and dining room, and living room and foyer. These ladies were so special and they did a fantastic job each day they were here. They had a system that worked for them and us. I highly recommend their service. read more

I message her for a quote and she said she will send someone for an estimate and never did 0/5.

Lulu's crew was absolutely amazing. Surpassed my expectations. Will definitely be having them return to do maintenance cleans!

Lulu got back to my service request very quickly, and we were able to set up a deep clean as soon as they had time. The team is so detailed and works efficiently! We've had many cleaners over the years and none of them were as good as Lulu's team. They are worth the price for how hard they work and how good they are! read more

Lulu's Cleaning - Home Cleaning Near Me

The service provided was extremely thorough, reasonably priced and responsive to our needs. Best cleaning service in the area! The deep cleaning session for our home was so good we paid for my parents' home to get a deep cleaning. My parents were thrilled with the results. After the initial deep cleaning, the cost goes down for maintenance cleaning and it's quick. They're reliable and always show up on the assigned days. It's been a lifesaver! No more cleaning all weekend. So worth the cost. Customer service is kind and lovely! read more

If I could give this company, both owners and employees (the owners are a husband and wife team) TEN STARS, I would! I needed to get my relative's home ready after hospitalization, with a deep clean and tight schedule. Lu Lu and her husband were quick to come out and assess and quick to rearrange their schedule for me to help me in an emergency situation. I needed people who were trustworthy, licensed, bonded, excellent with DEEP CLEANING. This team and their employees helped me so much in an emergency situation. Not only did they do all of the above and ALL EXCELLENT, Lu Lu rearranged her scheduled for me (one week before Christmas) due to tight schedule when relative would return home. They were COMPASSIONATE as well, JUST GOOD PEOPLE YOU COULD TRUST, absolutely lovely to work with and to have in the home. In addition, Lu Lu texts, if that's convenient for you and helped me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business and will continue to use them in the future. read more

Scam artist. I sent her detailed pictures of my place, and she gave me a quote. I didn't haggle, I agreed to the price she gave me. I booked a week in advance as I had a tight window to get the place cleaned, while airing it out before and after her visit for everyone's covid safety. When she showed up, and said she'd turn around and leave unless I paid her extra. I didn't have much choice, as an AirBNB host who had to have the place cleaned on a deadline, so I paid her the extra. Still, she left the place a mess, then was rude with me when I asked for a partial refund so I could have the place re-cleaned. Unprofessional in quality of work and communication style. read more

I'm a very satisfied client. They have far exceeded my expectations. Affordable and pleasant to have in my home.

I have used Lulu's cleaning since 2020. I had them do a deep clean first, then the ladies come in every two weeks. I love them. We have the same ladies most of the time so they are acquainted with the house and they get right to work. They always leave my house looking and smelling great. Lulu is always accommodating if I need to reschedule a visit. Her prices are very reasonable and the work is outstanding. Lulu always answers texts immediately. She is definitely on top of her business and makes working with her easy. So...if you need your house cleaned...call Lulu she's great! read more

Update: I found my original review reporting same incident. Apparently you didn't know about my dissatisfaction until I reposted. Check your Yelp reviews for 2017. Lulu & her team did an amazing job!! I had a rental home that was in need of serious cleaning. They thoroughly cleaned the fridge, kitchen sink, oven range & exhaust fan.
