Thanks for the meal and I enjoyed the food. The service was great and the food comes out so fast…read more It's hard to believe how good it is. Mahalo.!

The service was great until i got the manager more on the at the end. Our server was wonderful!…read more The old fashions were above average. Mahi Tacos are exceptional, well cooked, wonderful flavor, definitely order this! Calamari has good flavor, I'm not sure about the bbq sauce they paired it with to dip. So i ordered a side of marinara. It was good but not great really oily. The desert was a chocolate mouse that my grand daughter thought was great! It was pretty good. Now, for the big stickler, they need to notify marketing and put their manager on a performance improvement plan. I need to state this is more related to the company ethic than the actual cost. When i booked my reservation for dinner, i received a pop up for 15% off my order. My assumption was that was for my dinner order. When I tried to redeem the discount i was informed that was for a retail order from their clothing store only. When I reviewed the text and the original offer there is nothing that indicated it was only for retail. I feel like this was deceptive and manipulative because the discount offer changed what I ordered. The manager needs to be educated on the idea the customer is always right! Many years ago I worked for Marriott and learned that concept. Now I work in the medical industry and organized a dozen or more meeting a year. I can list a dozen restaurants that would have explained the offer and honored the discount I was expecting. Instead the Manager stood firm on his position and potential sacrificed $1000's or 10,000's in future revenue over a difference in my bill of $20 or $30 dollars. Like i said at the beginning this is not about the amount it is about feeling like a company endorses deceptive marketing practices for making an extra buck!
