Upon reaching back out to me to "resolve" my issue, it was structured in a way where they held my refund hostage, and as a matter of fact, it's not even the full amount I was "offered" $460 refund so long as I take my review down. So that makes emergency question: what in the actual hell is going on in this office if this is all automated, and another office of just 2 people were able to figure things out within 5 days, in which it took this office 100 days.
