I always heard "once you go to a chiropractor, you have to keep going" and that scared me. People said it like it's a bad thing, but I quickly realized it's not bad at all. Despite my reservations, I decided to go anyways because I needed a solution to my aches & pains. Once visiting Dr. Chris, I realized that the headaches I had been getting we're caused by my neck being all "jammed up." Once I got adjusted - no more headaches! Yeah the first time was scary, but now it's the highlight of my week when I know I have an upcoming appt! I went today after nearly a year long lapse in appointments. I feel so much better! Immediately afterwards my arm started feeling tingling, and he explained it's the nerve flow.
