The bulbs kept burning out and sparkles came out of the recess light shell. I called the owner of the company, Tom Iaione, several time to come back to rectify the problems. He did not even bother to return any of my calls. I showed the Iaione light installation to another contractor. My contractor informed me that the entire installation is against the Electrical Code and it might create a severe fire hazards. These people do not even know the basic facts and knowledge about electric installation. I cannot figure out how they obtained the sate licence. I have filed formal complaints against them with Better Business Bureau and Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors. But, Iaione has failed to provide responses. Iaione is not qualified to be a licensed electrician. Please join me and file your complaints against Iaione with the same agencies. May be the board suspends their license for not doing any other shoddy jobs. THEY ALL HORRIBLE. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST. I

I usually keep my mouth shut when things go wrong with a job. After all, if you don't have anything…read morenice to say, don't say anything at all. But even five years after I used this company, I'm still finding issues with their work and it's turning into a nightmare for me. All I needed was to have some CAT6 lines run and a new 15a circuit for a small network rack in my house. What could go wrong? Well, first off, they ran 10a circuit instead of a 15a. Then, while they were there they gave me some weird explanation that they couldn't place one of the keystones where I wanted because there was a duct there that ran horizontally (which it doesn't), and I come back to find they cut into the wall and ran the cable across my return vent. And lastly, just a few days ago I found that some of the CAT6 cables were run through the VENTS. It's a massive hazard to run UTP through vents since the jackets they used can't withstand that much heat. And to put the cherry on top, the reason I didn't notice this until now, was that the run into the vent was covered with insulation afterward so I wouldn't see what they had done. Now, every winter when the heat kicks on, I can hear the cable tapping against the side of the duct. I've had a handful of other contractors and plumbers come through who couldn't find the source of the noise. I'm a bit shocked by all the positive reviews, and maybe I just got unlucky, but after tolerating that noise which I thought was a completely different issue for years (was told it all sorts of other benign things by the people who came to check it out), I felt I needed to get this out there.
