I'm talking I needed four waiters four days before my wedding... oh and let's add that it's on a holiday! Bree was so courteous the first time that I called her. I had actually spoken to a couple other service providers in the area and unfortunately.. it didn't seem like they wanted my business and I felt brushed off. when I called diamond and Pearl services Bree answered the phone and we chatted for about 20 minutes. I could tell she was in the middle of something as I could hear the wind whipping behind her and people in the background. I had told her that if she needed to she could call me back, however she insisted that now was a good time. That meant the world to me especially after being treated so poorly from other companies. I was able to get a quote from her immediately over the phone and within the next few days have a contract signed and paid for. When I called to give her the payment me and Bree ended up chatting for an hour! She knows her stuff! Even though I wasn't using her as a wedding coordinator I would highly recommend her. During our conversation we talked about all the little last-minute things that brides tend to forget and chatted. She is so friendly and personable! The day went off without a hitch and her staff was incredible. I am very grateful for not only her kind words and help during this time but being able to get four people on a holiday last minute for me. It's extraordinary the lengths she went to to make sure that I would be taken care of. I'm humbled by it. Thank you so much Bree and all the staff at Diamond and Pearl Services for making my special day absolutely perfect.

They helped me out so much during the planning process of my wedding. Helping me pick out colors, center pieces, and all of the decorations for the wedding. They answered all of my questions that I had. On the day of the wedding they were able to get everything set up inside of the venue, so that way I could just focus on getting ready and not stress about time. We also used there catering service for the BBQ food and it tasted amazing. We had leftovers to take home with us that lasted a good few days. All In all i am so glad i used Diamond and Pearl service . They made my wedding day perfect and made it so smoothly. I would recommend them to any bride that wants less stress on their wedding day.

When I myself arrived with other items (coolers of soda, napkins, extra utensils) the two women quickly joined in helping me unload my van and the contents. Before the Christmas party started, food was prepped so it was fresh, neatly laid out on the table, and refilled promptly as the night continued. My boss was very appreciative of the attention to detail when it came to cleaning afterwards, and how quickly everything was handled. Not enough praise can be given to Epicures for how well everything was handled.

It doesn't surprise me that bad…read morereviews are not acknowledged, since nobody from Ovation responded to a direct email about a disappointing experience we had with them during the winter holidays before the pandemic started. I was recently thinking about the upcoming holidays and possibly throwing a party again, so was searching here. When I saw that Wayne responded only to a good review here, it reminded me of how I felt when nobody responded to that email, even though it was a while ago. I want others to beware now that people may be starting to have bigger home parties again. We booked 2 servers and a bartender with Ovation for our home holiday party, which we had thrown for many years using a different staffing company that went out of business due to the owner retiring away from the area. We never even remotely had a bad experience with that company in over 10 years of using them. Ovation was a different story. Three very nice people in appropriate server attire showed up, but it quickly became clear they were not experienced with working a home party. Also, none of them was a bartender. They were surprised that we expected them to serve drinks! They also couldn't seem to get the food prepped and set out on the buffet in a timely manner, despite arriving early, with the same amount of prep time servers had always had in the past, everything being laid out for them, and my helping with things I'd not had to help with in all the other years. They also didn't keep the buffet table replenished or straightened up once the guests arrived. The one server jumped in to help as bartender, but had no experience. I was very embarrassed, given how well our party had always gone in the past. We still tipped the staff well because it's not their fault that Ovation didn't send a bartender as requested, and sent servers to a home party who really didn't know how to work one properly. The day after the event, I emailed Wayne about how poorly the evening had gone (pretty much what I've said in this review with more detail) and never received a response. Not even a simple "I'm sorry," which would have gone a long way. I had already paid and didn't ask for a refund or any compensation. I just wanted Ovation to know that the service wasn't in line with all the glowing reviews I had seen, and for them to acknowledge that things had been screwed up on their end. This party is a tradition that is very important to us, and Ovation embarrassed us, but clearly, they didn't care. Now that the pandemic is easing up, we will book staff for our party with another company. If I had received ANY response to my email, I might have given Ovation a second chance (obviously once COVID allowed) to get it right and probably wouldn't have posted this bad review after all this time. Based on the service we received and lack of follow up, I do not recommend Ovation to anyone who wants to have a smoothly-run elegant event in their home.

The burnt ends were tender, lightly smoky, and packed with flavor. One thing I really appreciated is that every meat ordered by the pound comes with pinto beans, onions, pickles, your choice of sweet or savory BBQ sauce, and white or wheat bread--a nice touch that rounds out the meal. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and there's plenty of seating, making it a great place for groups, families, or friends to gather. We'll definitely be back!

I brought the whole family and we left stuffed, happy, and already planning our next visit. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender with that perfect smoky bark, and the burnt ends were absolute heaven, crispy, and packed with flavor. The sides were just as impressive: creamy, cheesy mac n' cheese that felt like a hug in a bowl, rich twice-baked potatoes loaded with all the good stuff, hearty beans with just the right sweetness and smoke, and everything complemented the meat beautifully. Save room for dessert because they do those right too. The banana pudding was silky, nostalgic perfection, and the cobblers were warm, fruity, and topped with that flaky crust and Blue Bell Vanilla Ice Cream that makes you want seconds. The service was outstanding and genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in. The staff made us feel welcome and took great care of our large group. The restaurant itself is fantastic , spacious indoor and outdoor seating, plus party rooms that make it ideal for family gatherings, celebrations, rehearsal dinners etc...or just a big Sunday lunch. Cooper's nailed every part of the experience: incredible food, warm hospitality, and a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. This is Texas BBQ at its finest. We'll be back soon!
