A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Why say that with no intention to follow-up. amazing how a negative review gets immediate attention.

Brian, the sales guy, was super easy to talk to, work with and helped us figure out what would work best for our space designing a Trex deck and pathway of pavers. James, the project manager, kept things moving, listened and stayed in touch throughout. And Oscar--the guy who actually did the pavers was very responsive and made a beautiful pathway! There were a couple parts that had to be redone, but they owned it and made sure everything got fixed properly. We had a stamped concrete walkway and patio areas as well as a driveway extension. Sal communicated well with us the whole time on subtle changes and how to best match the texture of the driveway. Sal was involved in the whole process including ding much of the work himself and making sure attention to detail was a priority. Sal's proposal was very competitive and worth every penny in the end! It was a pretty big project when you see the finished product, it's amazing! Sal's crew were super professional and worked hard to get everything ready for the actual concrete work and they completed the pouring and finishing of the project within a day. Sal and Carlos even came out the next day (Saturday) to clean up and seal the stamped concrete. They even power washed my whole driveway to show off the driveway extension work matching best!
