Megan at Rogers was amazing she was in constant contact with me she scheduled one of their great staff to remove the toilets and he also fixed a running toilet issue and was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Jason was called in a day sooner to install the toilet, fix the washer water connection so the floor installers could finish the flooring and inspect their work. Jason was so very helpful, showing us where the main shutoff was ( new home never looked for it before), educated me on some tips for our faucets and plumbing. I will be using Rogers exclusively for their great service and wonderful staff. Would recommend to everyone.

So because they were helpful we bit the bullet paid the $400 to get that fixed even though they had to come back about do a little more and then we were told that we had additional problems, which unfortunately leads me to wonder. When you get an estimate with no breakdown where this total price is coming from and are just told a an amount with tax. That is not a trusting estimate.
