I would rate them 3.5 stars for cleaning my ducts and furnace. One tech came out to clean the ducts and another tech came out to clean the furnace. Both techs were very nice and informative. They were able to answer all my questions. Very professional. The turn off was, when I called to get my ducts and furnace cleaned the receptionist was pushy to get me to have my AC unit checked and cleaned while they were out here anyways. When the tech arrived, I only had the tech clean my furnace and I declined the tech to clean my AC unit or inspect it. From what Ive learned, any homeowner can clean the AC unit by affixing a nozzle to the hose and blast the dust off the AC unit, its vents and the coils (if that is the right term) inside the unit. I believe cleaning the AC unit is just an up sell and inspecting it too. If its not broke don't touch the AC unit. Especially as they get older and more finicky. You might just open a can of worms! I will probably use some else next time.

Jason was so very helpful, showing us where the main shutoff was ( new home never looked for it before), educated me on some tips for our faucets and plumbing. Company does not pay the standard industry pay, and will give you more tasks than the job description says and what they hire you for. This company has taken and removed hourly pay away from employees weekly pay as they will only pay you for the jobs they seem fit to pay you for if they deem it your "role" and refuse to pay if they deem it not your "role." Constant harassment of the staff, they swear and use profanity in the office, highest turnover rate I've ever seen. Local companies and contractors won't work with them due to previous and current work culture, unable to hire new prospects cause of their reputation in the fire industry field. PTO is non existent, benefits package is so high you can't afford Healthcare coverage based off your hourly rate of pay. Be aware of this company and seek employment elsewhere.
