What I didn't appreciate was that this could've been informed to me prior to my appointment, because I provided them with everything at the time the appointment was made, and it wasn't. The office staff was helpful in setting up my appointment and sending me forms in advance to fill out to save me the time of doing them in the office. I appreciate when I make a phone call I get someone in the office to help and not an answering location away from the office. Parking was very easy. This is not simply a matter of the valet being "distant" or having a bad attitude. There is a very noticeable difference in the way I am treated depending on the vehicle I arrive in.When I come by myself in my regular car, the valet has told me, "You have to park your car yourself." On another occasion, when the valet area was very busy and there were many cars, he told me, "I'm going to do you a favor and park it for you today because we are full." A valet service is a paid service. Parking my car is not a "favor" being done for me.What makes this situation even more obvious is what happens when I arrive with my husband in his newer sports car. Even when there are empty spaces available, we are suddenly told that only the valet attendants are allowed to park that particular car. The attitude and willingness to provide the service completely change. It is very hard not to notice that the difference seems to be based on the fact that the car is newer, modern, and a sports car.I have also had an upsetting experience involving my mother, who was not treated with the basic courtesy and respect that any customer should receive. This is especially disappointing at a medical facility, where patients and their family members should be treated with patience and professionalism.I want to be very clear: I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the service I am paying for. If valet parking is offered and customers are paying for it, customers should not be made to feel as though parking their vehicle is a favor. There are usually two attendants working there -- one younger gentleman who is darker-skinned and another gentleman who appears to be somewhat older. I am mentioning this so management can identify the employees involved and actually look into what is happening at this location.I strongly believe the owner or management of Best NRG Parking Services Inc. should be aware of how their employees are representing the company. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the business and can absolutely cost the company customers.Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location. Everyone paying for valet service deserves the same respect and the same service, regardless of what they drive.

It's really a shame that the staff is a mess and that they always overbook. I personally complained about this to the doctor in the past. There are never appointments available right away. When the day finally arrives, you are there for hours. The only thing that helped before was scheduling when office first opens, the earliest appointment they have, and showing up before the office even opens because there will be other people doing the same. Everybody waiting outside 15-30 mins before doors open. It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Again, no complaints with the Doctor. I just don't have hours to spare at any appointment.
