Not only did it take 1 year to complete this project (permit delays due to incomplete paperwork and no-shows by A&A Concrete Solutions), but it was also done poorly. Ariel is very quick to collect deposits and will smile in your face and say the right things. But will give you the runaround, odd excuses, or flat out ignore your calls/messages when there is an issue. There are DOZENS of cracks 2 months after the concrete was poured, edges were left unfinished, & the sealant was applied poorly and uneven (see picture). Ariel agreed that the work was done improperly and he would have it fixed. In addition, he made decisions at his own discretion and did not install the drain we discussed. Now there are pools of water every time it rains. When we pointed this out to him he said in order to fix it we would have to tear up the concrete completely and start all over. It was clear he was not at all involved with the project nor supervised his employees. We have spent the past 3 months trying to coordinate with Ariel to fix the work and the items we discussed. Even after agreeing on dates and times to fix the work Ariel and his crew either wouldn't show up or would show up a different day and time where we couldn't supervise or sign off on the incomplete items. Until this day we have been trying to contact them and they have ignored our calls and text messages. Due to their lack of response it looks like we will need to hire another company to fix A&A Concrete Solutions. We are in the process of submitting a complaint to the DBPR and discussing the best next steps with an attorney. We will not be going away until this is resolved. If you have been affected by this company negatively I urge you to share your experiences on all platforms (Yelp, google, Facebook). Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. This company will waste your time, energy, and money.

Then on a Saturday morning they would randomly call wanting to come over when I had company. It went on for three weeks before I finally had a company that does nothing but sealing do it. Also, the pavers are sinking, are uneven and have caused a tripping hazard. That has nothing to do with sealing. The flagpole would not stay up in any weather. the four pieces would fall in on themselves, so I was left with one three foot flagpole. Multiple people tried to fix it. I finally just pulled it out of the ground with one hand. I do appreciate you getting in touch and trying to fix this, but with such a history of so many things being done wrong, done poorly, or not done, it seems foolish to continue - I simply have no confidence it would ever be done right, so I will take responsibility for fixing it.

And knowing how some companies operate, it wouldn't be surprising if customers were encouraged to leave those early 5-star reviews with the promise of something in return. After all, who realistically gives a perfect rating before the product is even delivered or installed? I'm sharing all this to warn you about the headaches you may face. We hired them in March 2025, and after countless calls, texts, and emails, our gate wasn't installed until mid-November 2025--almost nine to ten months later. And what did we get after all that waiting? A gate they bought from Home Depot. I was quoted $2,800 for a 12-foot gate. When I looked up the exact gate on Home Depot's website, it cost under $1,000. Although the company's website highlights "building your dream fence with high-quality materials," the product we received did not meet those expectations. The gate felt so flimsy that it seemed vulnerable to bending or damage with minimal force. Within a week of installation, I asked the Ergeon to remove it, and I sought out a new contractor who could deliver a true custom solution. Thankfully, we found Griffiths Metal Products, Inc., who completely turned the situation around. From the first conversation, they were professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping us recover from a very long and stressful experience. Despite the extensive delays caused by the previous contractor, Griffiths Metal Products, Inc. designed and produced a durable, high-quality custom metal gate in under one month. Their efficiency, communication, and craftsmanship were exceptional. If anyone from the Ergeon claims any part of this review is false, I have screenshots of emails and text messages that reflects the timeline and issues we experienced. Ergeon also has over 50 complaints on the BBB website, several similar to mine, with customers even threatening legal action over poor workmanship.
