We consider ourselves seasoned travelers and know a thing or two when picking a good suitcase, but the owner is so knowledgeable we felt grateful that he had shared his expertise with us and helped us pick a luggage most perfect for our need. He really knows his inventory so when we mentioned that we need a light carry-on (on some international flights the limit of carry-on is 7kg, so every ounce makes a difference). He also told us how the two smaller wheels on each corner is better on cobble stones than the single larger ones, make the luggage less bumpy. There are many little things that we as a consumer don't know how to look for but he expertly guide us to compare the different products (some that I pick because they look cute) and find one that will be useful for years to come. Recently visited Luggage Warehouse with the family, wanted to purchase a new suitcase for an upcoming trip. We were very happy with the wide variety of brand names and styles. Staff was very patient in answering our questions and showed us models that fit what we were looking for. Since my wife and I travel often for work/play, we wanted something sturdy that will last for a long time and also looked good. I appreciated that the staff was not pushy and gave us honest feedback - regardless of the price. We ended up buying a nice Samsonite suitcase and a cute Disney princess carry on for our daughter!
