They also did a great job working with our venue vendors on timing and set-up details. On the day of, the food was fantastic. We had a range of traditional favorites like scallops wrapped in bacon to trendier items like soup shooters with mini sandwiches. Dinner was surf and turf, a filet and crab cake with roasted vegetables and mushroom risotto. Our guests were wowed and really enjoyed their meals. We also had a special request, a popcorn station, that they easily accommodated and executed flawlessly. It was a huge hit! The staff really deserves credit for the professionalism and quality of service provided throughout the day. The servers and bartenders were friendly and very responsive. I hear most brides do not eat at their wedding. I certainly did! During cocktail hour the staff made sure I received the passed hors d'oeuvres, and the dinner was too good to ignore! When I opened the door, I actually thought "this must be the wrong room," because it had everything. There was a full kitchen, comfortable living room area, and spacious bathroom. Stayed there on a Tuesday night and was told there was a happy hour with food from 6-8pm. From the looks of it, there was some great snacks and drinks available. Oh, and when I checked in, there was a tray of chocolate chip cookies at the desk. I love all the treats!
