There towels are not washed they are reused after the first client has left and it's not changed for next client. They don't listen or understand that it's inappropriate to leave a client exposed. As far as type of care I was treated poorly when I said to them that it was unacceptable to leave a client exposed on the massage table then proceeded to blame me for there behavior by saying I never leave a tip. This place I also hear has sexually touched clients in an inappropriate way. So if this is the type of massage you are looking for go for it but it's a red flag to me all the way around.

I have had a bunch of massages from many…read moredifferent professionals ranging from a tune-up to deep tissue work, but mostly work on chronic spinal injury and neuromuscular therapy. Sandra is by far the most phenomenal massage therapist I have ever encountered. We had be usual pre-massage consultation where we discussed what was going on for my body, my line of work, and the general "what's up?" that would help Sandra figure out where to begin. She immediately knew how to address an injury that has baffled many physicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapists. Sandra is an amazing communicator, which I find essential to a successful session. Throughout our session Sandra continued to ask very specific questions pertaining to my injury, and make connections to other facets of life, etc. I could tell she was just hell-bent on getting to the bottom of the issue. After the massage was finished, we spent a good 15 minutes going over anatomy charts where Sandra walked me through the varying muscles, ligaments and joints that were the likely culprits of my injury. We discussed next steps and created a plan of action that would see me through back to a pain-free existence. I'm so grateful to have found Sandra and truly recommended her services to anyone looking to work through their physical restrictions (or those who just want an amazing massage).

The owner refused and the phone conversation became unprofessional and he would not let me get a word in and threatened me with a lawyer because I stated I'll be taking this to social media.  I never leave reviews like this but I can't believe that interaction even happened.
