Their customer service is always top notch, fair prices, and they always do little things to make you feel appreciated as a customer. Something as little as giving you a free lighter with your purchase is awesome and so appreciated. When one of our new pieces cracked from heat (not the shops fault at all), they gave us a discount on a new piece which is so appreciated.
