We had originally booked a recreation center but quickly became overwhelmed with the planning in addition to preparation for a baby. We had one quick conversation and tour with Briana and knew this was the EXACT vendor & venue we needed. Briana took everything off our hands from booking all vendors (catering, desserts, photobooth, ballpit and bounce house) and took care of the decorations exactly in our vision. She was communicative throughout the process and a dream to work with. The party was better than anything I could have put together myself and all of our guests had an amazing time!

Upon arrival, the parking lot was empty. I drove around the building. A small sign PR was on the window with the suite #180. I figured this was the place since there were several cars now parked nearby. The name of the place is Private Reserve. I thought it was a wine shop. No, it's a rental venue. The layout is large and odd. A bar is right in front of entrance. After getting past the crowd, I finally get to the check in table. There one large sectional seating space, much like lounge table service. High top seating was on the side. In the back was the buffet table. The stage was set up on the opposite side of the building. A few seats were set up theatre style. A nice decor, it would have been my first choice for a reception. For what its worth. I

I was greeted almost instantly with a bright smile and direct intention by one of the young ladies working there. The owner swiftly came out of the back , also with a genuine smile, and began to explain a large portion of different events happening. Sure, this was only my second Tea time at the shop but everyone made me feel like I was family. My reservation was for High Tea. The fall menu was tasteful, full of flavor and extremely pleasing to the eye. First was the salad with a tea tasting of Limonata al Sole. This little dish was loaded with a dressing that i was never tasted before yet I was please with how light it was on my tongue. The aroma of the Tea demanded my attention as the own pored me a cup. Next, was the lentil butter squash soup with veggies and a homemade biscuit. Temperature was just right and the flavor was delightful. Finally came the tray of the lovely fall goodies. Scones with Home made butter and Strawberry jam? So good. The sandwiches? Each triangle cuter than the next. The puffs? Not one complaint. And the deserts? Almost couldn't enjoy they because i so full. The hospitality of everyone working Cobblestone had me so grateful that i chose to spend my day off there. I have already booked a table for their Phantom of the Opera event in November. Attending tea here will become a regular self care routine for me.

Next came cocktail hour which again was held outside. This was a shame as we really had a hard time enjoying the little bites and drinks since it was so windy. It would have been nice to have a separate room where we all could have waited until they were ready for us to enter the reception. This space does not appear to be very large, indoor space is limited. The reception was lovely but the food was kinda meh as you will find at most wedding receptions. The dance floor was ample and everyone had a good time. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is in Summerlin and views are lovely from the golf course.

My husband and I booked Serendipity Event space for our baby shower for our first child. From…read morebeginning to the end, the experience was great. It was through a simple inquiry on their website and I was reached out to by Jenn that same day and scheduled for a virtual tour shortly after. Unfortunately, my husband and I work Monday to Friday 9 to 5 so we weren't able to visit in person for a tour, but we were able to do a virtual over FaceTime and that was definitely helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions. I initially reached out in May and was able to book something in the middle of September. Although we would've preferred to have our date be later in September their Saturdays tend to book faster so keep that in mind If you're planning to book sometime around September. They have customizable packages, which are very clear. We customized our package that included two hours of setup time & four hours for the event, table and chairs set up for 140 guests, added a balloon backdrop, flower wall, and Photo Booth. We paid less than what my husband and I paid for our wedding, with similar set up. So they proceeded very fairly! Something I also appreciated was that I was given a timeline of what to expect and when decisions needed to be made by. This helped a ton because my pregnancy brain has been struggling, so they always checked in to keep me on track. The experience was nice because we also got to interact with Magie and Shelby. Both helped coordinate everything following our deposit up until event day. Magie helped with getting any color pallette inspiration and things of that sort and then I was connected with Shelby. When my husband and I met Shelby in person, she was super sweet and made the whole experience super comfortable and answered all of our questions. She was very thorough regarding the plan, what to expect and so on. When we got to our walk-through in person, it was better than what we could've ever imagined. It's such a bright space especially in the day time. You have a nice blank canvas to make it more casual with some elegance and can dress it up to be very formal. The ceiling to floor curtains are a nice touch. On the day of the events, our tables and chairs were set up as planned, balloon backdrop was perfect and flower wall came up shortly after. We decided to do our own table decor. Their porters helped clean throughout the event in addition to helping with the Photo Booth really gave me a peace of mind throughout the event. Everything was clean and organized. Shelby was helpful when it came to us needing direction with the microphone when we played baby shower games. The balloon backdrop was such a great highlight and photo-op for us and our guests. Of course, the Photo Booth that everybody enjoyed using throughout the event was a hit as well. Shelby also designed the photo print out for the Photo Booth! The venue layout gave enough space to where we can comfortably walk around or guests we're able to put gifts around without feeling cluttered even with about 140 people plus or minus walking around and interacting. Our event time was from 1 to 5 PM so having all that natural light coming in did make the seats a little closer to the window on the warmer side however there was enough AC and an additional cooler to keep everyone cool And comfortable, which was important for us. Overall, our experience was 100 out of 10 and we could not have asked for anything better. All the staff were so sweet and it made something that could've been a very stressful event to plan very easy and we had an amazing time. Our guests keep complimenting how beautiful the event was. We will definitely look forward to having further events hosted here! Highly recommend!

They genuinely care about what you want as a couple and not just about their design wants. We wanted a unique diamond shape altar and they built it for us. We had an issue with a hedge wall being knocked over by a gust of wind and knocking over a guest (he was fine thank goodness). The service was OK, not a lot of smiling going on by any employee and it seemed like there was something going on between the manager and the server. Got high school click vibes all over again. The place was clean, some obvious maintenance issues are visible, but the bathroom (men's) was upsetting. Upsetting because I already ate and if I had seen that bathroom before, I would've not eaten. If the restroom is that dirty, you can bet the kitchen is dirty.
