Great first experience, but with a few concerns about supervision…read more.. We used Kids Quest for the first time last week, and overall, our three children had an amazing time! Between checking in, discussing allergies and other concerns, and trying to keep our kids patiently waiting, we forgot to mention the military discount (my husband is a Marine). I called the next day and spoke with Darleen (I sincerely apologize if I got your name wrong! Years of sleep deprivation may have gotten the best of my memory! ). She kindly offered us credit toward a future visit, which we truly appreciated, especially after paying for three kids to stay four hours...that was costly. Her understanding meant a lot! One of my biggest concerns was leaving my youngest, who had just turned four. Although she was with her siblings, ages six and eight, she has severe allergies to eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. Knowing Kids Quest has an open café-style food area, I was worried about food traveling into play areas and possible allergen exposure. Thankfully, they took her allergies seriously, and none of the foods offered contained her specific allergens. Also, they do not allow outside food to be brought in. That reassurance made an enormous difference! The staff was wonderful overall, especially the female staff members, according to my kids. They did say one male staff member seemed somewhat rude, but that didn't overshadow the positives we experienced overall. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional crafts and activities, including slime making! My kids loved making slime and bringing it home in a lidded cup. They especially enjoyed Miss Coco. As I was writing this, my oldest exclaimed, "She was my favorite!" Hearing that a staff member made such a good impression is always reassuring. So, my reason for deducting a star- According to my children, a few slightly older kids repeatedly used profanity. Staff reportedly told them to stop, but it continued without any apparent consequences. I understand staff can't control everything kids say, but a supervised children's facility should have reasonable expectations for age-appropriate behavior. ‍ More concerning, those same kids repeatedly blocked the tube slide by stopping and sitting inside it, preventing others from using it safely. At one point, a younger child who was friends with my kids slid down, unaware an older child was sitting and staying midway in the tube slide. Naturally, the younger child's feet hit the older child's shoulder when sliding down. The older child became upset about being "kicked in the shoulder," even though the younger child had no way of knowing someone was blocking the slide. This was clearly not the younger child's fault. My kids said staff knew about the repeated slide blocking and warned the older children, but there didn't seem to be any meaningful intervention beyond warnings. This is where I think Kids Quest has room to improve. I'd fully support reasonable, age appropriate consequences for repeated misbehavior, like a brief timeout, temporarily restricting an activity, or contacting parents if necessary. I'd feel exactly the same if my own children were responsible! In fact, I'd appreciate a call if they repeatedly ignored instructions or created an unsafe situation. To me, that shows accountability and a genuine commitment from the staff and business to every child's safety and enjoyment. I believe clear expectations that are consistently enforced, would help parents feel more confident whether they're using Kids Quest for childcare or just recreational fun. Interestingly, we didn't actually need childcare that day. My in laws could have babysat. We went because a friend's child would be there, and it seemed like a wonderful place for a playdate! The facility looked safe, exciting, and entertaining, so we figured it would be extra fun for all our kids to spend time there together. Despite my concerns, we'd absolutely return! Not just because we have credit, but because our children genuinely had a fantastic time. They loved the play areas and activities, and having each other there to look out for one another certainly helped put my mind at ease. We're especially grateful for the kindness and accommodations from Miss Coco and Darleen (? ), who helped us with the military discount. In my opinion and in general, with more consistent responses to repeated misbehavior and safety concerns, Kids Quest could be an even better experience for children and parents alike. Overall, we're grateful for our first visit and look forward to returning. My kids were asking to go back before we even got home that night! Thank you Kids Quest and staff members!

The closest one near our residence is the Kids Quest at the Santa Fe Station. The Kids Quest inside the Santa Fe Station is located next to the Movie Theatre and Bowling Alley. We didn't make a reservation Sunday afternoon, and just walked inside the Kids Quest. There was plenty of availability and only a few other kids inside the Kids Quest. The check-in process was easy. You had to fill out a few forms. Grip socks are required for inside the indoor playground. There are containers to keep shoes in before going inside the Kids Quest. Current hours for the Kids Quest at the Santa Fe Station: Monday - Thursday: 12:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M Friday: 12:00 P.M - 1:00 A.M Saturday: 11:00 A.M - 1:00 A.M Sunday: 11:00 A.M - 11:00 P.M Inside the Kids Quest, there are so many activities! Arcade Games iPad Station Creation Station Kids Crafting Area Basketball Court TVs Indoor Playground area with slides Quest Cafe (food etc..) and so much more! Current pricing is $13.00 an hour. I just did a parent and me class and it was really nice very relaxing environment with a TON of great toys to play with! Literally there's wonderful toys here that you won't find in other indoor playgrounds or daycares. This is different from a daycare but you can do drop off classes... as I understand it there are 2 locations the one in town square is licensed as a daycare but this one is drop off classes and parent and me classes. The employee working is like a Mary Poopins of baby sitters! She's was very hands on keeping the kids busy with one project or toy at a time but moving along from different activities after 10-15 min. I liked the way the kids in the drop off seemed to be looked after they where getting to play together nicely and had a choice of doing crafts, reading, pretend toys, doll houses, trucks, literally anything you can think of. I don't think a lot of people realize this is here- only $8.00 for the mommy and me class I will certainly come again! What nice people work here and what a fun place for kids! I hope to have my son's bday here as they just started offering bday parties and it seems like a great place for a 2 year old to have a bday!

During music camp they made drums from old coffee containers, bean shakers, plate tambourines and much more. A couple things holding me back from a 5 star are the cramped space during pickup and drop off. The outdoor play area is lackluster for the little ones, but very secure - most importantly. The instructors are sometimes different from day to day, which throws us off a bit. I was impressed by their creativity in the curriculum for the little ones. The instructors were very caring and skilled at working with the age group. They really work on following instructions, lining up, listening skills, etc... so we'll be going back!
